Tasty
I was pleasantly surprised by these konjac noodles. The texture is different from traditional pasta, but once you add sauce or mix them into a stir-fry, they absorb the flavor really well. Overall, it’s a healthy and convenient alternative to traditional noodles and a nice way to diversify your menu without adding extra carbs

This is a wonderful product
A friend got me turned onto these. I couldn’t believe that they taste really good and was so low in calories. I love them. I love that is organic. I love lettuce. It’s low car pasta and such a better alternative, if you’re trying to eat healthy and lose weight. This is a must have and they are very cheap and it’s abundant full after you cook them and it doesn’t even take very long to cook them.

Great product if you know what you're getting into
These noodles are awesome, but they're not miracle foods. They have key downsides you should be aware of. What are these: konjac noodles, or shirataki noodles, are noodle products made from the konjac yam. They are pure water and fiber and have almost no digestible carbs. A typical 8oz packet has like 15 calories. Compare this to an 8oz serving of spaghetti, which is like 400+ calories. They are an incredible way of getting that noodle fix when you're on a low-calorie diet. However, they have some notable flaws: 1. All konjac noodles are stored in a wet pack. Some companies use calcium hydroxide in that water, which makes it stink like old fish. A lot of cheaper brands do this; this brand doesn't, which is a huge advantage. 2. Konjac noodles are all fiber. Most people don't take that much fiber on a daily basis, so when you eat this, your digestive system might have a little trouble. Results in a lot of GI distress and a big trip to the bathroom the next day. If you've never had this before, I'd start with a trial run of 4oz before eating an entire 8oz pack. 3. The texture of these noodles is best described as "weirdly springy". They also have no flavor. They will never replace spaghetti, ramen, lo mein, or any traditional wheat based noodle product. I personally like it for what they are, but some people hate it. Your mileage may vary. I've been using these throughout my diet to get my noodle fix while keeping calories low. I use them to "cut" a traditional noodle dish. Instead of a huge plate of ramen, I do half ramen and half konjac noodles. Or instead of a huge garlic pasta plate, I do half pasta and half konjac. I actually prefer this, because the difference in texture adds a little variety to the dish. I never go above 8oz in one day due to the previously mentioned GI issues. The price is also reasonable; if you buy a 6 pack from a local Asian supermarket, you'll pay just as much as this, if not higher, for lower quality noodles. These noodles are an important tool to stay sane during my diet and make it sustainable. I'd recommend trying it if you've never had them before. Just be aware of the key issues up top.

Yummy noodle alternative that helps you keep your calorie goals in line!
These have no odd smell and are really just a blank slate for cooking. I dry fry these for at least 4-5 minutes after rinsing them for a minute and they come out amazing! They absorb flavors well. I have never eaten more than one pack for a meal and I have not dealt with any GI upset. I chew well and follow with lots of water to ensure good digestion. So great to have pasta not take up all of my calories for the day. You really can’t beat the macros. They are never going to be exactly like pasta- they have a bit more of a crunch. So far I have only combined them with marinara. I would repurchase these!

Satisfying
I purchased these due to loving pasta and being on a low carb diet. Some of the bad reviews about them having a strong odor, or being chewy or mushy had me worried. It took me a few weeks to actually try them. They did not have a strong odor, I did go ahead and rinse them per the instructions. When cooked per the instructions they firm up and had a very slight color change. They did not have a weird taste and we're very satisfying. I used the whole pouch for my dinner and it was way too much. Next time I'm going to split it in half. I highly recommend these to anyone who loves pasta but is carb restricted. They also make it in a rice firm, which I will be buying. I love stir fry and noodle bowls, for a healthy quick homemade meal and these are a welcomed addition. I'm so glad I decided to try them.

Small single sized servings...
I haven't eaten this yet, but was expecting larger portions in each package.

Great substitute for rice noodles
Looking for a noodle substitute that wouldn't spike my blood sugar. Mix these in with a quality Korean ramen soup that doesn't have noodles. Blood sugar went up very little and came right back down pretty quickly. Going to try some other brands that are a little cheaper but in the meantime these are definitely worth the price if you miss noodles in your meals.

Their brand name is a acronym and doesn't mean USA.
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. Their brand name is USA52 and it says USDA organic but the food comes from china. On their website they state they are a US established brand but then states that they name is a acronym for "Unique, Safe, and All-Natural". I don't think ANYONE here would think that having a brand name with "USA" in it was just an acronym and not a statement on where it's being produced. This is bad enough that I made a FTC complain about this and everyone else should too. I was completely misled on my purchase as I assumed wrong based off the branding.

Love having these for my "pasta" dinner. Use with my own concoction or with meal in a bag heated up. Just takes a minute to wash and heat for my lunch. LOVE that they are in various sizes for whatever I feel like that day. Highly recommend for variety and taste! as well as size for meal.

Les meilleurs Shirataki que j'ai pu mangé jusqu'à maintenant. Je mets 4 étoiles parce que chaque paquet est vraiment petit, pas assez pour 2
