Un bon produit!
J'utilise ce produit uniquement sur des sorties de plus d'une heure et le résultat est bien. Par exemple sur une sortie de 2h je mets 3 mesures dans 500ml et je n'ai aucun souci d'hydratation les électrolytes sont bien présents. Le gout orange est tout à fait acceptable et ne laisse pas de mauvais goût dans la bouche. Je regrette juste l'absence de BCAA
