Fila Womens Memory Workshift Slip Resistant Shoe

As a tall woman who needs a 12 or 13 in shoes, it is HARD finding shoes that meet the specs I need for work (black, non-slip, wipe-clean, no soft or mesh uppers....) that also actually fit and are tolerable comfort-wise. I've lost track of how many pairs I've sent back because the sizing was way off or because they were as comfortable as strapping bricks to my feet. I bought a pair of these last year (Workshift-m, 10.5 M US) and FINALLY, a work shoe that works for me! I wish I could afford to order a dozen pairs in case they ever discontinue them. I had tried them in 10.5 4E Wide but those weren't proportioned right for my feet so had to return them as they were seriously uncomfortable. The regular 10.5 M size is just right though. The fit is good and with my own gel-insoles inserted, the comfort level is just fine, too. Just as important, I have never lost my footing in these so the non-slip soles are reliable. I ordered my last pair in Aug 2022 and even with wearing 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week, it's taken 'til now, a year and a half later, for them finally to be showing enough wear that they need to be replaced. I just ordered my second pair last week and the fit & comfort level hasn't changed so the $20 price increase was worth it. Very happy not to have to deal with searching for, ordering, and returning a bunch of pairs from other brands to find something that'll work. Thumbs-up to these Filas, please don't ever discontinue this style

I bought these shoes for standing at work. They are wonderful. Give good support and comfort.

I ordered the first pair at size 13 and they were slightly small with uncomfortable space in the toes that you could not walk in. Returned and ordered a size 14 and they are comfortable. Overall I have spent over 12 hours in them so far, with my own purchased inserts, and they seem to do well. Stiff in the sole, minimal arch support, and second hand materials on the outside, but for a good price for my needs. As to the "memory" description - I do not think they remember what that means. The inserts are just thin, cheap, and cosmetic for show because the "memory" foam is airy with no firmness and at most 1/8th of an inch in thickness. So, I encourage you to buy good inserts. For my personal fit, the area around the ankle was large so I used a "runners" lace lacing to make it snug for myself, but those with wider ankles may find it comfortable.

But they don't run true to size When you first put them on. But once walked into they seem to mold to your feet during the day. When taken off your feet feel relieved from walking because naturally, people get tired from the day outside. But Feet hurt normally from just being on your feet. But with these, it's just a tad less and depends on the nature of your feet if you have bad feet they might hurt a tad but your feet will get adjusted get the extra wide ones..... but if you don't have problems with your feet get the regular width. But not bad for the price. They called them work sneakers I called them anything sneakers, except for jogging. Enjoy people. OH, one more thing to share I am a female and I get these for me because I had a few accidents on my ankles. I'm ok but these are extra wide and they are perfect for me to walk in. Thanks for these my feet were automatically adjusted into them, oh and it does have memory foam inside the footbed. Be blessed happy and safe.

Great work shoe. My son-in-law works in the automotive industry and spends a lot of time in the garage. These withstand anything he comes in contact with. No slip, which is very important in his line of work. Comfortable shoe, so far so good.

I wore these for the first time 6 months after ordering them. Now, I'm looking for replacements. These shoes seem to fit tighter than expected. I ordered a wide with ands they fit like a narrow width. I double checked the tongue tag and it's listed as a EEEE size but it's anything but that. Also, they are very rigid shoes without much flex. I wear them for 3-4 hours and I can't wait to get them off my feet and relieve the discomfort. I will also note they seem well constructed (perhaps why they feel so rigid?) so I wish they felt better.

i work in retail - on my feet pretty much the whole shift. i wear these shoes most days. after 2 yrs they are starting to show some wear. getting ready to order another pair. i have a heel spur and these shoes offer quite good support. i used to wear a size 6 in womens. i don't know if my feet are wider or companies have changed how they make shoes. but the past oh 5 yrs i have had to get shoes in size 7 or 7.5 wide. i also am the type to tie my laces once then slide in/ out of my shoes. ( drives hubby crazy tho i don't know why). but i do know this can wear down a shoe quicker. they can get hot in summer time. so i tend to alternate my shoes more in the summer. they are not snazzy or fancy with bows and glitter and unicorn rainbow farts... but they are well made - can handle a good bit of abuse - give me support and relief with a heel spur. i have never thrown them in the washer - just a wipe down with a damp rag. i have never slipped or fallen in them. the price is quite good for 2 yrs of frequent wear. there is good room in the toe area - no pinching.

I ordered these on the 3rd and they did not even arrive until the 17th so I had to wait a while for them. I have purchased these five or six times before and this is the first time I received a pair that are defective. I would very much like my money back. I needed these for work and the condition out of the box is not acceptable.

Cómodos. La hechura se ve y se siente de buena calidad. Espero poder actualizar está reseña en caso de algún defecto o falla

Great shoes. I use them for work. They are very comfortable to wear. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.

I usually wear an 8.5 to 9 size so I ordered a 9.5 to be safe. Well, show fits like an 8.5. I've been trying to "break them in" but they are not streching and way too tight and my foot is really sore after an hour. Very disappointing bc I like the shoe! I think it's been too long to return them for a size 10 - which I would gladly do and be happy with.

Me encantaron, estan super cómodos y se ven bien. El memory foam y lo ligeros que están son lo mejor. Me quedaron contra la talla pero si consideras que tienes algo ancho el pie tal vez es bueno medio numero mas porque el memory foam hace que se sientan mas ajustados.

These shoes are very well belt I've been wearing them for a few weeks now .they fitted perfectly straight out of box. They are the most comfortable safety shoes I have ever owned . They are also well balanced so you do not notice the weight in the front of the shoe for the steel cap.
