Great bag, horrible sender

I was delighted when it finally got delivered. Opened the bag, found a pair of socks in it. Looked into another compartment, saw a broken hook. That's when I realised I was missing one of the hooks on the back... I'd advise people to buy it off the official website....

Absolut guter Turnbeutel. Spitzen Verarbeitung.Schuhfach groß und praktisch und viele kleine Taschen an den richtigen stellen. Sogar nach Normgröße als Flughandgepäck zugelassen. Bin sehr zufrieden.
