If I could give 10 stars I would. The quality is phenomenal along with all the extras you get compared to other brands. Very nice semi rigid case and optic covers. Glass coatings and the colimation were perfect.

I believe it’s good for the beginners for sky watching handy, fast ,not complicated very good quality…

These binoculars arrived and when I tested them the collimation was poor. I reached to the company and within minutes received help, they shipped a new pair along with a return label for the original pair. The new pair were astonishingly good, no trace, none whatsoever of any collimation issue and these are the best binoculars I've ever seen, used or owned. I suspect they became misaligned during shipping but it is clear Oberwerk are experts in the collimation process, I don't think you can easily improve on this company, they are superb and I will not hesitate in purchasing from them again.

These work really well for looking at deep sky objects and the Moon in the night sky.

Sharp images. Smooth focus. Wide view. Works very well with eyeglasses. Light weight / good ergonomics. Excellent value. Some chromatic aberration visible on planets and bright stars -- wish there was an ED glass version for extra $70 or so.

Premium build quality, the hard case is awesome. Loved these 20x80 Binoculars. Although, there were some chromatic abberations but I have attached 82mm UV+ Light pollution filter with Magenta Tint in the front of Objective lenses this had reduced the abberations upto 80%. When I first took out and used these binoculars at night I thought there is some misallignment as I was seeing double images but I took them out in morning, adjusted IPD and played along with focus knob and Wallah! I can see through accurately. The light gathering capacity is beyond expectations, I can see Lagoon Nebula (Magnitude 6) , Trifid Nebula (6.3 Mag), Orion Nebula, Saturn and its rings which were visible by using Iphone 14 Promax with 6x Zoom, Juipter along with its moons, Deep sky objects even which are dim upto 7.5 magnitude on a 4.2 Bortle Sky. I will definitely take them to 2 or less Bortle dark skies for more viewing of deep sky objects. These Binoculars are highly customizable, You can remove front ring and put different 82mm Size filters (ND Sun filter for sun viewing, 4x zooming filter, UV filters) at the front lens and put the front ring back on 😅. there is an option to attach Red dot finder at the front if you can order dove tail attachment and attach Red dot finder for easily finding deep sky objects . With a few customization, I have attached these binoculars on EQ mount and viewed planets and moon following its trajectory. The picture and video i have attached are taken through Iphone 14 Promax I donot think so any of Oberwerk competitors are offering that kind of customizations on a budget binoculars. I wish they would have offered Deluxe-III ED glass series Binoculars on Amazon. I will definitely purchase more products from Oberwerk.
