Fits my 5 qt mixer
This is a very nice bowl and I am extremely happy with it. I often wondered what the difference is between the 5 and 6 quart bowls. This would be my only negative statement if you were torn between purchasing either. The 6 quart bowl is taller above where it connects to the mixer but exactly the same below the connection. Both bowls fit the mixer and work with the existing beaters. Everything fits and works but the WISK needs to be in the bowl before you put the bowl on the mixer. The distance between the bowl and the mixer is too narrow to fit this through. Knowing that, you can either use the 5 quart bowl for wisked batters or remember to put in prior to the bowl.

Thin
This mixer bowl is pretty thin. I like that it's lightweight, but it seems a little cheap. It's not a great fit for the Professional 6500 series, but that's because that bowl is a little differently shaped. It will work with a different set of beaters from what I've read online.

This has been a game-changer, especially when I’m working with larger batches. Additionally, the insert allows me to store the entire bowl in the refrigerator, which is super convenient for keeping ingredients fresh.Overall, this KitchenAid bowl has exceeded my expectations. A nice 6 Quart Stainless Steel Mixer Bowl
The 6 Quart Stainless Steel Mixer Bowl is nice, large, and sturdy as you would expect it to be so it can be used with the Kitchen Aid. The larger handle makes it easier to use when you need to handle it. It's easy to clean and seems to hold up very well. I have no doubts this will last a long time. Larger is better and with that said I am very happy with this item.

Brand quality at discount price
The media could not be loaded. I like to have a spare bowl on baking days. This item exceeded my expectations. Love the fact that it has a lid and I find that it slightly less dense metal it is easier to handle when full without sacrificing quality.
