Let me start by saying, I've had hand me down mattresses most of my life. This was usually because of budget. Well, my last hand me down was killing my back. I woke up in pain and unrested, exhausted the majority of my days. I'm 35 and a plus size woman. So support was important along with comfort. I'm able to sleep in any position with comfort now. No more numbness in my limbs when side sleeping. I did not measure to see whether it expanded to the full 10 inches, but visually it seems like it did. The box it arrives in is heavy, so prepare to ask for an extra set of hands to carry it. It comes tightly wrapped in plastic. Once cut open it expanded rapidly. I'm now waking up rested, without pain, and eager to climb into bed. This price point is unbeatable for what you are getting. Call me Goldilocks because this one is "just right." I highly recommend this mattress!

Excellent and very comfortable, firm but not hard

This mattress is not worth what you pay. It is extremely soft and mushy, not firm at all. The item comes in a small box and the item is vacuum sealed, which after opening it expands to fill the room. If you return it, you will have to find a bed sized box or container to ship it in because you can’t get it back into the original box. They won’t provide any shipping assistance. You will have to pay the shipping cost too. Ours was not at all what we expected. It was somewhat damaged too, but usable if you had to do it. My advice, use a local mattress store so you can see what you’re getting. Or purchase from Bed-In-A-Box online. We had a good experience with them once before. Don’t waste you money on this product.

Despite our package getting stolen from our apartment’s mail room, the seller was easy to communicate with and gave us a refund after a non productive conversation with fedex. We decided to re order the mattress again and have received it. Right out of the box it seemed like it was already inflated. We slept on it the same night and it is so comfortable. Just the right amount of firmness and still a little plush. I would recommend this mattress and it’s a great price for what you get!

Been using this bed for about a week. Early indications it’s a great bed. I was worried about back pain transitioning into a new bed. I haven’t had any problems and have slept right through the night with no problems. Super comfortable, and seems durable.

It’s lighter weight than my old one so it makes it easier to put my sheets on. It’s softer than I expected, which is why I only get four stars but so far I like it.
