Easy to assemble. Comes with a nice T handle Allen wrench tool which makes assembly quick and easy. You’ll want to plan for about an hour start to finish and if you can, have a second pair of hands available to assist, but one person can still assemble it without problems. I’ve had the chair for about two weeks now. The chair is comfortable for sitting in front of a computer for 8 hrs a day. The seat has about 2” of cushioning and the seat back has built in adjustable lumbar support with several inches of travel, up or down. The arms swing up out of the way so you can push the chair in close to your desk. (The arm height is not adjustable if you are looking for that, they are either up or down) The chair quality is very good, It’s built very sturdy as well, and should hold up for years. The headrest is a nice addition, it’s easily adjustable up and down to change the height and get just the right fit for your seating position. It’s also optional if you prefer not to install the headrest, you don’t have to. I did and I like it. The chair tilts back if you want or it can lock in the upright position (personally, I would like if it tilted back a little more, but that’s just my preference), All-in-all, it’s a very good chair at a value price.

I thought I could lounge it this chair. I should have inspected it more thoroughly. This is a chair that does it's best to give you good posture when you want to relax in it and give you bad posture when you want to work in it. No amount of adjustment alleviates the shrimp based design of this human intended product. I got mad respect for it though. It has held be with great durability, quality, foldability, and height since I bought it more than a year ago. (Getting all the green checks next to the AI Ideas). It is a love hate relationship.

This ergonomic chair was very easy to assemble and has made a noticeable difference in my back pain. The only thing I wish were different is that the armrests were adjustable—but that’s mainly because I’m short. For someone with longer arms, the current design would be perfect. Looked great - Not comfortable at all! I had some good luck with some cheaper computer chairs on amazon before. I moved to Hawaii and the units I had experience with could not be shipped to Hawaii. So i took a shot in the dark on this chair. the mesh breathes well and keeps you cool. The chair was easy enough to assemble, the fit of the parts took a little extra effort to get together but eventually I was able to get it put together. The quality of the chair looked fine but the chair itself was just not comfortable for me at all! Every person is different between size and preference. I work for myself and sit in front of the computer for 4+ hours at a time. This chair bothered me after just 1 hour. I would not order again.

Poor quality. After less than 1y of normal office use, the lower cushion is downward. I constantly slide forward and have to readjust every few minutes. This has caused significant lower back pain. A chair advertised as "ergonomic" should last longer than this. Don't waste your money on this. Look for a chair for better quality control.

Only had chair for 5 months and it squeaks so bad I’m not able to use. Screw are also coming loose

Very comfy supportive office chair and easy to set up

This is a great chair for the price. It looks fantastic. The materials feel good. And it's overall pretty comfortable. It rivals chairs I've tested out that cost twice as much. It's got a good tilt back/rocking function - though I'd like it if it went back a bit further. It also does NOT lock in the lean back position - this would've been a nice added feature (I took one star off for this - but admittedly maybe I'm being pedantic). Maybe if it had this (lockable in lean back position) it'd be too comfortable and I wouldn't get any work done. All in all this is a nice office chair - well worth the price I paid. Set up was simple. Instructions were clear. Managed to put it together without any hassle solo.
