I recently purchased this bag for my home. It arrived in 2 shipments about 24 hours apart as described by the seller. It was very easy to assemble and is decently sturdy.The suction cups hold pretty well, however if you are a power puncher/kicker the bag will not stick to the floor and will tip over, but it's great for a cardio workout where you're focusing more on speed/technique more than power.The description says you can fill it with sand or water. I don't recommend filling it with water. If you fill it with sand, the description says 205lbs. It only holds 150lbs of sand. The remaining 55lbs comes from the weight of the bag itself.Filling the bag was easy with the right sized funnel. The hole is about the size of a gallon water jug opening so you can fill it rather easily with a funnel. The base is sturdy and doesn't look like I'll need to worry about it cracking or leaking.Overall, I would recommend the bag for home usage. I'm looking forward to being able to kickboxing at home whenever I want.

This punching bag has been one of the best things I’ve bought for my fitness journey. I use it for kickboxing workouts, and it’s helped me burn serious calories and lose a lot of weight. It gives a great full-body workout and makes cardio feel fun, not like a chore. The media could not be loaded. I never do videos but felt necessary for an accurate and helpful review. This took 4 bags of play sand. Had to do a lot of wiggling to make the 4th fit. Came as described. The gloves feel nice for home practicing. As you see in the video the base moves when I punch and I was not punching full force. Maybe something different would have kept it grounded better. Gave it 4 stars based on the base movement. Easy to install. Great price for the bundle. Would definitely recommend and maybe use something different other than sand. I couldn't use the suction cups, the bag is in my basement.

Great punching bag at home. I just use it for casual kick boxing so home. It held up even on the carpet and with water.

Best option for the price it is well manufactured and convenient.

After weeks of agonizing over which standing punching bag to choose, I am SO HAPPY I picked this one. Like Indiana Jones, I chose wisely.First, I LOVE the design. It looks super sleek with the black and silver, by far the coolest looking of any I saw on the market. Shipping was way faster than expected, and I was fortunate to receive both boxes at the same time.It was easy to put together. The most time-consuming part, as anyone will attest to, is filling the base. We made a funnel out of a small cardboard box and the thick cardboard tube that tin foil rolls come on (we save them for crafts). We only used 3 1/2 50lb bags of play sand - less than $5/bag at the hardware store- and this thing is SOLID. We have it on a painted wood floor, I am sure the suctions do very little if anything at all, but even wailing on it with the hardest punches and lunge kicks it barely moves.I love the low-kick padding, this is a rare feature that I think is absolutely brilliant. Most standing punching bags have about a foot of exposed pole from the base to the bag. Why risk your shins like that?! I think that should always be covered, its definitely safer for kids and short adults like myself, and also gives the perfect proportions to practice low kicks. And it looks better!The bag itself is thinner than I expected, but I think it'll last a long time. I never thought we would have room for one of these, I'm so glad I took the chance on it cuz it takes up way less space than I thought it would, which is great cuz we have a VERY small house. It's set up in the corner of my son's room, looks wicked cool and is totally out of the way.Super fun, great exercise, tough, sleek and gorgeous - worth every single penny. Gikpal was the way to go!!! Thank you for a perfect product!

We love it!!

Good for beginners. But I find it wobbles too much even when the base is completely filled with sand (I used sand gel). I thought I could deal with it but it gets annoying. But there’s nothing else in this price range so if you don’t throw hard or want more of a cardio workout it’s fine.
