Could only find this before in single use packets at store. Love that I can mix with other blends for a specialized flavor. I also like mine strong so one single use packet was not enough lol. Great value here and easy to put equal amounts between 2 cups

Best cocoa mix for hot or cold chocolate. The smell is fresh and chocolate strong. Just add hot water and drink up! No left over on the bottom. Dissolve The cost is worth it. It's good, I received no complaints. It is not overly sweet, which I loved. It has a good flavor to it. The first time using it, I made straight up hot chocolate, with whipped cream and salted caramel sprinkles. Everyone enjoyed it. The second time I made it, I mixed it with a cup of ginger and pumpkin spice tea, put it through the blender, and heated it up and topped with cream and honey. It was delicious. My friends loved it. It has many uses, a good white chocolate taste, and not cloyingly sweet. I can see this as a staple in dessert drinks as well as other recipes.

One can only speculate if it's a difference in the manufacturing process, ingredient ratios, or even storage conditions affecting the flavor profile. As much as I appreciate the convenience and potential cost savings of the larger bag, the inconsistent flavor is a significant drawback. I use this as coffee creamer. Yummy. I used to buy these in single packs at my local grocery store. I was so happy to see the larger size, single bag on Amazon. I add about 2 tsp to my coffee and its great. I bought the mint flavor which plain coffee and chocolate in my chocolate caramel brownie coffee. Top them off with some whipped cream and a little hershey chocolate or caramel syrup.

Delicious minty cocoa. I add this to cocoa bombs and decorate with a green drizzle on top. The cocoa stays delicious and mixes easily.
