The package of zipper heads arrived. I was looking to repair the zipper on my Green Bay Packers coat. However, I am just angry and disappointed. Not one shred of directions came with the materials. Also there was no product name which might have expedited finding an instructional video on You Tube. So I am left with a completely useless product.

Product came mossing a draw string. It is cheap plastic and doesn't actually do the job it is supposed to. The teeth don't come together properly. Don't waste your time or money. This product isn't worth 25 cents let alone $6... 0 stars if I could...

A) No instructions. The video is useless. B) There is no designation regarding the size of the zipper to be fixed and which zipper pull is appropriate. Waste of time and money. Only gave one star because I couldn't give zero stars.

I tried the large ones and the small ones and the medium ones. They would not work on the zippers that I had. They are junk. They will not zip up and enclose the zipper.

I always try to have buttons, zippers, and latches on hand incase something happens with any of my favorite pieces of clothing and I need to replace one. This is great to have in my collection since there are three sizes to match whatever is needed and the zipper heads feel nice. Versatile and perfect for jackets or bags. I think this is a great deal and I highly recommend.

I am sorry, but I am sure it is not lack of trying, I tried to install 2 sizes on my guitar case (2 zippers; one for the main and one for the side), no matter what I did, the zipper would not close, so I thought maybe the size was wrong, tried a different size, same result.

Wish I had read the reviews.Cheap plastic. The pull cord doesn't stay centered so it's impossible to apply even pressure. No directions. Once I finally figured out the correct size and got it on I couldn't get the other issue in cause it was to right. So I loosened it. Once I got the two sides in I went to zip and the entire thing came off at the top. Nothing to hold it in place. So I tried one more time. Thinking to myself ok I'll just tell my son not to zip it all the way. Well it looked like it zipped but it's not tight. The zippers popped right off keeping the bottom connected and where the pull was connected but nowhere else.

Cheep plastic and they don't work at all "junk" not worth even sending back don't buy
