I like using this, it's great and I can see the difference in my breathing is improving after a few weeks.

I won’t be able to explain the science behind why you might want one of these and I recommend you Google it.Suffice to say I looked into these devices and there were enough reputable sources that informed me as to what it dyes and that’s why I ordered it.In summary though, you put this device in your mouth and deeply breathe in for a few minutes. The device inhibits airflow and so to take a deep breath is slower and takes a lot more effort - it’s a bit like a partially blocked snorkel. The degree to which it is difficult is adjustable and with regular use you would progress to the most difficult and lowest airflow.It does all this well but and I would urge anyone to inform themselves on why one might want one.

With this in your mouth you generate so much saliva it just becomes a bit uncomfortable to use
