The picture shows non standard keyboard. Extra button next to left shift. The language of the keyboard seems non english like moj for shift.

It's a std English keyboard only. May be the image is a foreign keyboard. Order don't worry. And the extra button is that it's a Mac compatible. It's a switching keyboard. Currently I can between Windows mac book air and my ipad. It's very handy it's been almost an year and never switched off the keyboard and haven't changed the batteries till now.

should it connect to both Window 10 (laptop) / Mac Mojave (mac mini)? and direct switch by keys?

No, you have to switch your keyboard separately as well if you're connected via bluetooth. If you're connecting the receiver to a different device, then it's not required
