As expected. Fresh. Light, soft flaky texture with very mild flavor. Hallmark raw wheat germ. There are instructions on how to toast it if you prefer the nuttier taste that toasting can provide. Loaded with nutrients--you will have to look it up yourself as packaging does not require listing all the vitamins and minerals that a food contains. Just the typical few. Be mindful of oxalates. I just use a little in my smoothie or on top of oats. Sometimes I sprinkle into my salad/poke bowl. Really nice addition to home made bread, muffins, etc. I dont rate on price. Prices fluctuate. We can all see pricer before ordering. We all have different needs, preferences, budgets, and so on.

A germ you don't have to fear
Somehow my mother engrained wheat germ into my DNA and now I must consume it. I can never find it locally so I'm ordering wheat germ online like a weirdo. Bob's is a good one though, and worth the purchase. I wouldn't eat it by the spoonful. But it is nice when added into my oat-based cereal.
