Great looking leash and clasp
This leash is really nice looking and the clasp appears to be very high quality. Only gave it 4 stars because itâs a lot thinner or narrower in person than it looks in the photos. Also, Iâm reluctant to use it too much with my mouthy puppy now because I feel like he would be able to chew through it if left unattended for more than a minute.

Leather material with a smooth clasp
The media could not be loaded. I love this leather leash! It is long, so soft and comfortable to hold. The clasp is very smooth and is secure on my dog. I love the gold accent of the clasp! It is perfect for my dog and our walks.

A Good Quality Leash Makes All The Difference
I have a professional dog trainer for my German Shepherd and every time we would show up for training sessions she would swap out my cheap nylon leash with her personal, high quality, leather leash. She finally told me, "please throw your leash out and get a good quality leash." And so I have.This new leash is a good quality leather. It feels a little stiff, because it's brand new, in comparison to my trainer's older, well worked leash. She has used hers to train Malinois, Mastiffs, Doodles, Shepherds and everything in between, so leather leashes are definitely built to last. The great thing about them is that they get even better with time. As long as they are well cared for, the feel and comfort is far superior to any nylon or material leash I have ever used.Here is a side by side comparison between the new leather leash (on the left) and my trainer's leather leash (on the right).We now have a Staffordshire American Pitbull mix puppy and she is a leash puller. We started doing some leash training with her today using the new leather leash and we're very happy with the feel and quality.
