Quartet Combination Magnetic Whiteboard & Corkboard, 11" x 17", Combo White Board & Cork Board, White Frame (MHOC1117)

This small item is just what I needed...nothing too expensive and obnoxious. Its small size fits on the wall just to the right of my computer. I didn't bother with whatever kind of items were enclosed to attach it to the wall, I simply and carefully drilled a small hole in each corner and screwed it to the wall. That way I knew it would not accidently come down, so I can't comment on how good or how bad the original attachment devices work. When ordering this item, I always knew that I was going to screw it to the wall, so I was not disappointed...like I said, the size and the price was what I was looking for and I got it. The cork is thick enough to accept normal push pins and/or t-pins and the white/magnetic is just fine. Two small magnetic discs were included and while I wish there might have been a couple more, I already had a few, so I can't complain. The white plastic frame finishes this item off well enough, so, again, I'm pleased. I only gave it 4 stars as it's not a masterpiece of creative design and also because I couldn't judge the enclosed attaching devices. The funky little plastic holder for the pen is okay, but I use the magnetic factor built into the cap of the pen.

I need a small white board and cork board to put notes for myself, and help me stay organized. It works perfectly. I actually bought two. I love that I can write notes on one side and put post its on the other. I am easily able to keep all my notes together. The sticky squares that come with it to attach to the wall are very adhesive. They make it so once you put it up, it won't come down. Both are on the wall, so I can't speak for how the magnets work, but I am very pleased. I have had one on my wall for over a year and a half and have had no problems. It stays put, and works exactly how it is suppose to. I am able to put notes on it in all three ways, using the cork board side, writing on the white board side, and using the magnets to place notes on the white board side. It is a little small which is why I ended up getting a second one, so keep that in mind when purchasing. If you need a lot of space I suggest you get two or a bigger size, but Quartet has made a quality product.

I bought this with the intent of covering a hole in our RV cabinet where there was once a radio. It fits perfectly over the space in the cabinet and looks like it was made for the RV. I am a little distressed/disappointed the only thing holding it up is the adhesive stickers it came with. I would have preferred to be able to screw it into the cabinet, permanently (and there is no option to use my own screws to put it up, either). It's only been up about 2 days and so far so good. If the adhesive tabs fail I'll come back here & update my review. The entire board is pretty cheaply made (cheap plastic edging) but it will serve our purpose.

This combo board is a nice size (11 x 17) and good quality. The white board and cork board are each about 11 x 8.5. The supplied magnets for the back of the board are not quite strong enough to keep it in place on my fridge while writing on it or bumping it - it slides a little, but not completely off. It is nice that it comes with magnets for the front of the board. The pen that comes with it is much nicer than previous I've received with other boards or calendars. Overall I would recommend this item if you are looking for a combo board.

We had an old board similar to this one (same size, but different brand), that was finally not working well after about 10 years (stopped being able to erase). So we bought this board as a replacement. This board feels very cheaply made compared to our old one. Considering the price, I was ok with this.The biggest problem is that the magnets that this one comes with are not actually powerful enough to hold it up. We were trying to put it on our refrigerator (in the exact location that the old one had been). This board just slid down the fridge to the floor. Put it back up. Same thing. We ended up taking the magnets off our old board and attaching them to this board (in addition to the magnets that came with this board) just to make it stay up.

The combination board is exactly what I needed. I live in a fifth wheel and organization is a must. I only gave it 4 stars because when I took off the magnets, the grease board panel started to lift off of the board. I decided to use some other magnets instead. It comes with 3M stickers to stick the board to a non magnetic surface and magnetic strips so you can put it on your fridge.

The board is somewhat lightweight and flimsy but it's exactly what I wanted for the size and functionality of being both a cork board and a dry erase board. I like the fact that it comes with 2 magnets. I did not use the mounting tape it included because I don't want to permanently mount it; so instead I used 2 large 3M removable hooks (one in the bottom left corner and one in the top right corner) to hold it on the wall and make it portable. The included marker writes and erases well. Overall, a great value.

I used the 3M foam stickies that came with this to hang it on my room door. Great size, love that it comes with the magnets and magnet-capped marker. It writes well and erases well. The board quality isn't amazing, but I am happy with it for the price paid. It'll dent pretty easily, so watch that. And I'm sure over time it'll start leaving residual marks from board markers. The corkboard isn't very thick, but still works as it should. A great product for the price!

Cork on the board was bubbled and sticking out on bottom corner. Otherwise good board for the price.
