Some bulbs were defevtive.
Ordered 36 of these and 6 arrived damaged.This seems to be a regular issues so expect fallout.

Some broken in box
I bought five boxes of these (so 25 in total) of which 5 of them were broken. I needed 20, but bought an extra box for spares. Now I have no spares!! :(

Poor quality
Terrible product 3 bulbs arrived with glass part separated from screw base so unusable. Cannot find how to report a fault on Amazon so no idea how to request a replacement!!

Cheap but good
Price is cheap, but the bulb is very good. They are brighter than my old halogen bulbs, nice replacements.
