This is an extremely well made product. You can feel it in the weight. Glass is clean and clear and perfect for extreme close up work.

I really like this lens, it's ideal for close-up shots being a macro lens. It's perfect for capturing finer details on my jewelry when I take pics to post them online for sale. It's easy to add on if you have existing hardware for lenses for your phone already, such as a phone cage. This is a great product and I think it was a good price.

It’s a great, easy to use product. I do wish it had some sort of more permanent attachment to make it easier to remove and put back on my phone but the photos are amazing

I miss my old 35mm SLR. It’s as old as I am but I could always get good pictures with it. The iPhone these days is so easy and convenient that I doubt I will ever go back to film. But, I do miss playing with depth of field.This lens brought back some of that magic, out of focus background to my camera pictures. It is for Macro work so it’s not likely to be used all the time. But when I want the effect, it’s easy to get now.The lens is gorgeous and comes with a very sturdy clamp to go on the phone. There is a thumb screw, padded, that goes against the screen. It kind of got in the way and I think it also acts like a finger press on the screen too. I had issues trying to tap the shutter button and zooming a little to set the shot in the frame. I have many more lens mounts to hand so I will probably have to use one of those. It’s an oversight in the design for the clamp to act essentially like a stylus, but I have a workaround. It’s not a big issue compared to the Awsome depth of field picture i can get now.Recommended!

First of all, this lens is HEFTY! I was definitely not prepared for its size when I opened the box. I have used external lenses on my older phone before. And they were less than half the size of this one. But that size definitely contributes to the image quality you get out of this. Take into account that the one downside will be needing to light the subject in a way that the lens doesn't completely block it.Overall I was very impressed with the lens. So much that I will be considering getting a smallrig case to mount the lens on. As I did not feel very comfortable using the mount that came with it. While attaching the lens to the mount is not an issue, mounting the whole thing to the phone and lining up the camera to the lens every time is going to be a hassle.I did not get to try the filter thread because I did not have a filter of the appropriate size.

I was excited to try out the SMALLRIG 75mm HD Master Macro Lens for my iPhone 15 Pro, but unfortunately, it didn't work as I had hoped. The lens didn’t fit properly and I couldn’t get it to focus effectively. While it might work well with other devices, it’s a letdown that it didn't meet my expectations for use with my iPhone.

The media could not be loaded. So this is a massive lens, as others have noted. This is impressive, and also part of what makes it impractical for many who won’t have the patience to get a macro shot right.The lens’ size makes lighting the subject extra difficult, so for natural shots it’s unlikely you’ll be able to get lighting in order fast enough unless you came prepared.I used his with a T-mount that I already have as part of a phone cage kit and that’s how I would recommend using it. While you could use the clip, it’s really not practical because you won’t want something to go awry where you could damage your expensive lens or phone.Since I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max which has macro capabilities included, I really didn’t find that this added anything. In fact, I prefer to use the phone camera itself, so this lens is really for those that don’t already have a macro lens.Still, I’m impressed with its quality. For a phone lens, this is a nice to have addition. And the fact that it includes a mount is generous for those that don’t yet have a cage. So, don’t get me wrong: it’s definitely a quality product for those who don’t already have a macro lens.
