absolutely love this product. it tastes great! no weird clumping or texture. i work as a line cook and i’m sweating all day and so am often dehydrated. i would get leg cramps and feel thirsty no matter how much water i drink. this has completely solved that problem - i just have some before bed or in the morning whenever i feel extra dehydrated or feel that my legs are wanting to cramp and it always does the trick. its a great value especially compared to brands like liquid iv. i’ve had it for a few months using it 3-4x a week and i’m only halfway through it. also love that it is rich in the actual electrolytes you want from a product like this. many other electrolyte powders don’t actually have much potassium or magnesium but this one delivers! haven’t had any muscle cramps since using this powder

Been using this for a while now but wishing I chose another brand or flavor. The peach mango flavor is way too tame using the serving suggestion and doesn't taste that great. Makes me not even want to reach for it even when I'm thirsty during a bike ride
