I purchased these as I drive long journeys most days. I take 2 every now and then and they stop the tiredness

I’ve been taking these for a long time now. I do find that they help me with my energy and alertness throughout the day. They are fairly big capsules but for the most part I don’t have any difficulty with swallowing them. I’ve never really noticed any taste with them which for me is a real bonus. With this containing 180 capsules I do think it is good value for money - I have occasionally had pots with one or two empty capsules but this is far from the norm.

It’s really good. But if you take medication for adhd you should take only 1. dint have coffee if you take this. It’s great before the gym.

Nunca he podido tomar café porque me daba nauseas y no me sentaba bien, así que tenia por costumbre beber té en su lugar. No obstante, hace unas semanas el odontólogo me comentó que el té era prejudicial para el esmalte dental. El tema es que entre que estudio y trabajo, necesito mantener la cabeza despejada todo el dia. Fué entonces cuando descubrí la guaraná y sus ventajas. Me tomo dos por la mañana y al cabo de 45 minutos empiezo a sentir sus efectos. La sensación es progresiva y siento el momento más álgido de sus efectos a las dos horas y la sensación de concentración me dura casi todo el dia, algo necesario para mi estilo de vida. Además son fáciles de tragar y no saben a nada. Las recomiendo 100%.

Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesen Guarana-Kapseln. Sie sind geschmacksneutral, lassen sich leicht schlucken und fühlen sich insgesamt sehr angenehm in der Einnahme an. Schon nach kurzer Zeit habe ich gemerkt, dass ich tagsüber deutlich wacher und fokussierter war – ganz ohne das zittrige Gefühl oder den plötzlichen Leistungseinbruch, den man bei herkömmlichem Koffein oft kennt. Guarana ist eine natürliche Pflanze aus Südamerika, die ebenfalls Koffein enthält – allerdings wird dieses vom Körper langsamer aufgenommen. Das sorgt für eine sanfte, aber langanhaltende Wirkung, ohne Auf und Ab. Gleichzeitig wird der Kreislauf nicht so belastet wie bei Kaffee oder Energydrinks, was mir persönlich sehr wichtig ist. Ich nehme die Kapseln morgens und bin den ganzen Tag über konzentriert, ohne nervös oder unruhig zu werden. Auch in stressigeren Phasen helfen sie mir, einen klaren Kopf zu behalten – ideal im Arbeitsalltag. Fazit: Gesunde, pflanzliche Alternative zu Kaffee und Energy-Drinks, mit echter Wirkung. Wer fokussiert und energiegeladen durch den Tag kommen möchte, ohne seinen Körper zu überfordern, ist hier genau richtig. 10/10

Ottimo prodotto è da 6 mesi che lo utilizzo giornalmente e devo dire che è una bella botta di energia. Seguendo un'alimentazione sana e rilanciata , in accoppiata con altri integratori,multivitaninico,potassio,magnesio,eomega 3, è un ottimo intergatore di energia. Consiglio l'assunzione di 1 unità la mattina durante la colazione ed eventualmente 1 unità a pranzo in previsione di attività fisica, pomeridiana,o semplicemente per un proseguo energico durante tutta la giornata. ATTENZIONE a non esagerare, potrebbe dare tensione nervosa e problemi nel prendere sonno .
