My granddaughter loves Strawberry Shortcake so it was her birthday party theme. This made the perfect cake topper and a keepsake toy for after. However after ordering I found it at Walmart also for same price so no loss on it.

First doll I ordered had a broken hip joint. Sent it back The replacement doll had a broken hip joint too, although I thought I could maybe pop the second one's hip back in. Nope. I don't appreciate my time being wasted or disappointing my daughter. I had the original Strawberry Shortcake dolls. They didn't have 30 points of articulation or bending, and we all lived. There's no need for hip joint sockets in a doll this tiny. There are a slew of complaints all over the internet about the Strawberry Shortcake doll breaking at the hip joint, often right out of the box as I experienced. This product is garbage. When I bought the first doll I also bought the Orange Blossom and Plum Pudding dolls. They are not broken, but I know it's just a matter of days before they break too.

Love her face she is super cute. But, there are numerous issues with this doll. #1 She doesn't smell #2 Love the idea of the articulation points but I'm finding it makes the doll more fragile feeling not sturdy like the originals and the recent remakes. One of mine the arm was hard to turn and kind of let it be because I was worried I would break her. #3 Her hair is a different color even from the new bakeshop doll that was just released. #4 One leg seems shorter than the other and you have to kind of push her leg up to get them even. #5 Like others have said I ordered 2 dolls and both of their hair was choppy and bangs not even. The bakeshop girl I got her leg was already out of the socket. Overall, very cute and as an 80's girl I had to get her. I just hope with future editions that these items are fixed.

Awesome vibtage gift for the strawberry shortcake lover. She actually smells. Nicely packaged

I am 49 years old and I had one of these when I was a little girl. It brought back my childhood when I saw her. I have to grand daughters but I do have a daughter. I have a hope chest of things I want my kids and grandkids to have when I get old (or die) so they can see/experience what I did when I was young. Strawberry shortcake is still in her box and in my hope chest. I also write in a journal a little bit about about why I thought the item was important to me, and why I want them to know about it. She is the perfect size. I feel she was a great value for the money as well.

The following is adorable and granddaughter loves the doll, but it ends there!!! The item did not come with all the accessories that was advertised. I immediately contacted Amazon about the missing item and which by the way was part of her Easter basket gift from us and have heard zero feedback. She is seven and keeps asking me about when Strawberry Shortcake’s basket is coming. Again, I paid for and expected everything that was advertised to be in the box / order! Accidents happen and mistakes are made, but where is my response about my missing item. Again she is seven!!
