Stevia and Monk Fruit Plant-Based Sweetener, 9.8 Ounce Jar

Perfect Combination. Stevia is sweeter and Monk fruit is closely textured to regular sugar. The two combined balances texture and sweet to give a close alternative to regular white sugar without the diet after taste. Use it for everything guilt free. Love the container. Easy to spoon out for tea/coffee.

Best sugar substitute I've found. No artifical taste and not too sweet tasting. Use half the amount you would of sugar.

Im hypoglycemic and this doesn't raise my blood sugar and doesn't have an after taste

I had been using Stevia in the Raw for a few years now as a sugar free substitute for sugar for my coffee and was looking for something without maltodextrin they us as a bulking agent. Maltodextrin is bad for those of us who struggle with type 2 diabetes as the struggle is real. I decided to give WHOLE EARTH SWEETENER and received on January 31,2020 and it does not have much of a tastes which is good. As far as the sweetness taste is concerned WHOLE EARTH SWEETENER does not taste as sweet as Stevia in the Raw, so I ended using more to sweeten my coffee. So this little 9.8 ounce container is small compared to 9.7 ounce bag of Stevia in the Raw which would last me a few months of usage. As far as price Comparison WHOLE EARTH SWEETENER is $2-3 dollars cheaper then Stevia in the Raw bag where I live. I personally wont buy this again, because it is not sweet enough for me and I end up using more thus more expensive in the long run for me.

I find this mixture with stevia and monk fruit (in erythritol as a carrier for monk fruit extract and stevia) the closest to natural sugar that I have found to date. (Generally, I find a mixture of artificial sweeteners better than any single one, sort of like mixing all the colors together in the correct proportions to get back to white light.) I use this sweetener in smoothies with frozen berries--which are often so tart--very successfully, among other uses, or mix it with yogurt and vanilla to remove all the tartness. When I really want to up the game and make a dessert or other "sugary" recipe with a meaningful reduction in sugar but with the artificial sweetener being basically undetectable, I will replace two/thirds of the sugar with this product, leaving ⅓ natural. Very, very convincing.

This the first that we ordered stevia & monk fruit sugar in cube form. We used to order the one in sachet so it will be easier to control the portion of sugar that we put into our drinks. But to help save the environment, by using less paper packages, we opted to try the cube form, so we can still easy to control portion of sugar. However, when we received them, the box has grainy feel since some of the sugar particle must have spill during shipping. Moreover, when we opened the tin can, there as shown in the photos, most cube are pulverized.
