Read carefully
Be very careful; the description says it come with an Xbox One Series S console...IT DOES NOT. You get an Xbox One S, with a Bundle. NOTE: Without the word "Series" in the name, not the same console at all.

Came with batteries, clean controller, the Xbox was clean, it came with a game. Cords for everything and some earbuds. 1000/10 Literally love it so much I’m setting it up right now. Would 10000% recommend buying from these guys.

Came with a broken controller with non functioning buttons and the only way to get it replaced was to send the whole thing back and wait.

The controllers do not work well at all. They are sub par. Compared to other controllers. They lag and do not work the best

Console was banned from Xbox network
After trying to sign in to Xbox I received this error code 0x80a40020 which is a console ban. My account still works and is not banned whereas the console does not work. This is an irreversible issue unless you replace all the hardware. I’m gonna guess this is some sort of piracy and Microsoft caught it but Amazon didn’t. So much for refurbished.
