This thing does a great job, it synced up using the red button to an original Wii console and the nunchuk steers fine on Mario Kart Wii.The thing you need to know is that batteries, at least rechargeable NiMH, might plummet to death suddenly. Expect 2 or so hours of gameplay and always have fully topped spares on-hand (that will initially read as 3 of 4 bars charged). I'm not sure if this is self-discharging or draining batteries while off or using more power than usual. The batteries don't get hot so it's not a wild surge or short. Could be a diode dropping voltage too hard.I have not tried this with alkaline or Energizer Ultimate Lithium AA batteries.

This works well. It took us a minute to figure out how to pair them.There is a paring button on the remote, as well as on the front of the WII console after you pop open a little plastic cover. You have to hold both at the same time, for sever seconds, and might have to try several times before they pair.Once they are paired, they have worked every time. Now all of my kids can play bowling with their own controller.

Controller works well enough to play games on it. There is no motion plus censor built in. Sometimes it is a little difficult to unconnected the nunchuck accessory but it works very well

This wii controller work really good. Easy to sync to my wii and start using right away.

The motion detection is pretty good. It works very well and is able to sync up. The battery life is lasting and it’s been a few days and I haven’t had to change the battery yet. It actually works very good!
