Instrucciones de montaje malas.
El artículo llego a tiempo, las instrucciones de montaje muy malas y poco intuitivas.Una pena tener que recurrir a vídeos para poder montarla la máquina.Ayudaría que las piezas estarían numeradas.

Viste le politiche aziendali post covid che "costringono" molta gente a lavorare da casa si è venuto a creare (almeno per me) un problema di sedentarietà... Premettendo che andare a correre o in palestra sono contro la mia religione ho voluto cercare un prodotto che mi aiuti a non svaccarmi troppo. Imbambolato da Mastrotta &C. ho voluto provare il Total crunch, ho preso questo un po' per il basso costo un po' perché aveva il manubrio a doppia presa.La spedizione è stata molto più veloce di quella promessa e, cosa piacevole, una volta aperto il pacco l'attrezzo era in gran parte già assemblato, mancavano un paio di pezzi e poi era pronto all'uso. Questa cosa è stata molto apprezzata perché le istruzioni (anche in italiano) erano totalmente inutili in quanto i disegni non corrispondevano ai pezzi presenti nel pacco....Comunque per il montaggio non ci ho messo più di 10 minuti.Veniamo all'utilizzo, nell'ultimo anno e mezzo ho messo su almeno una quindicina di kg e ho fatto pochissimo moto, testando l'attrezzo per 15 minuti ho da subito sentito l'effetto sui muscoli, perciò direi che funziona. Non ci sono pistoni o regolazioni per la resistenza questo fa si che sia solo l'effettivo peso della persona a far da contrappeso, mia moglie che è attorno ai 40/50kg non ha neanche faticato utilizzandolo...Direi che questo prodotto è adatto a chi è a digiuno di movimento e che non ha voglia di "impegnarsi" in palestra, ottimo per iniziare, sarà da vedere più avanti se è adatto all'uso di persone più in forma.Si può anche richiudere per recuperare spazio anche se davvero se ne recupera davvero poco...
