Doctor recommended that I take magnesium to help with my muscle spasms in my legs when I go to bed. As it relaxes the muscles and can help me sleep. However they do work as far as I can tell but beware they are a very large size tablet and a little bit hard to swallow whole. Not sure if they can be broken in half I do not do that.

Pills are very large in size.

These work well, I feel the difference when I take them. However, like mentioned in many reviews, these are without a doubt, the largest pills I have ever seen. I almost choked the first time and I am really good at taking vitamins and larger tablets. I started to crush them and they worked well and crushed easily, but it is a lot of work unfortunately.

I can truly say that magnesium glycinate has changed my life. My quality of sleep has improved and my body is super relaxed. HOWEVER, these pills are HUGE! I can’t tell you the amount of times that I have choked on them. Absolutely scary and absolutely painful. I crush them up and that’s helped, but I won’t be buying this brand again. Just entirely too big.

Taking pills & capsules daily is not new to me. This is the first pill that is exceptionally large to cause discomfort while swallowing. I have been taking another Ounol product, that is a larger than normal gelcap, but it has never caused me any issue, so I did not expect any issue with this one. Unfortunately, this one is an abnormally large tablet. It could easily have been 2 regular sized tablets, but just to market it as a *One Pill Dose* they created this monstrosity without consideration for the consumer. Unfortunately, I cannot return it, and I cannot throw it away after spending my hard-earned money on it. I will cut the capsule in half to reduce the discomfort. One but one thing is certain, I will never purchase this particular supplement again no matter how good it may be. Sorry Qunol, this marketing gimmick may cost you.
