Not 100% Keto But Much Better Than Pasta
Too bad it's not 100% keto. There are carb's but it tastes really good and is better than using "real" pasta. We actually prefer it to regular pasta now. It tastes better. Fair warning, though, it can make one a bit flatulent. Still, it's a small price to pay to not have my blood sugar spike.

Best Protein Pasta!
I love this Brand Brami. This is the best pasta with protein brand out there. I ordered the spaghetti because I couldn’t find it at stores. Honestly loved the taste.I will order again.

Great pasta and tastes like the real thing.
As an Italian who loves pasta a lil too much I can honestly say this is pretty darn good. I've had quite a bit of experience with various types of alternatives, however Brami takes the cake. It's got great consistency and works great as a healthier alternative with more protein, less carbs and higher fiber. Whats not to love?!

It is very good
Unlike other low carb high protein pastas, this one tastes really good. And that's all one really needs to know. If cooks fast, so watch it closely. Doesn't have that grainy icky texture. A little different than "real" pasta, but in a good way. Highly recommended.

Spiked my glucose
I ate one ounce in some beef soup and it caused my blood sugar to spike up to 180. Flavor was good but it is not actually a “low carb” food.

I love this product for the nutrition and the ease of preparation and the flavor. It’s very satisfying in a 2 ounce serving if you diabetic it’s terrific.
