I purchased this for a residential 1/2 bath. No more cute germ spreading cloth towels in there. This is the best paper towel rack made. It’s sturdy, easy to load, roll can’t pull off, simple clean lines are attractive. Very practical and I love it. Their customer service was very polite and helpful with my wondering about using it in my home 1/2 bath. This is the best!!!!!

Very Sturdy unit - I was even considering for use with large roll of aluminum foil, but the spindle only makes a partial revolution.

At first I had a hard time removing the holder after I lost the tool/ key provided, however I found a flat screwdriver just the right size to do the job, after a few roll replacements the mechanism broke while attempting to open it to put in a new roll, I thought it'd been because of the screwdriver so since I already had the wholes on my wall I ordered a second one, to my surprise this also broke but in half the black holder was made of fragile plastic material and hollow in the middle. This item is not worth the money.

Well, they sent me a toilet paper roll holder. Most expensive toilet paper roll holder ever! Sending back, obviously.

Is ok after a few uses the ends of the paper holder breaks and is useless without it
