This movie is amazing, it still holds up after 20 years

My 5-year-old is completely obsessed with the movie Robots—and honestly, I don’t blame him! We’ve watched it on repeat so many times, I’ve practically memorized the lines. The animation is colorful and creative, the characters are full of personality, and the story is actually really sweet with great messages about believing in yourself and helping others. It’s silly, fun, and surprisingly touching. It keeps my kiddo entertained every single time, and I still catch myself laughing right along with him. A total win for movie nights (and mornings… and afternoons)!

I might be a little biased since this was my favorite movie growing up, but it is a really cute feel good movie that is really good for kids and even gets the older crowed a good laugh or 4. With STACKED cast of amazing actors and actresses, this is a true testament to how amazing Blue Sky Studios was.

Loved the movie was positive and uplifting

Recently, I was overcome with a wave of nostalgia and had the overwhelming urge to venture back into the universe of the 2004 movie Robots. I recalled a scene of the characters drinking oil in a Star Wars-esque bar scene that made my heart flutter with the same happiness movies such as Cars have given it, the joy that comes with things that are not human enjoying the human things in life. Despite my desire to watch the movie, I didn't act on it until it popped up while scrolling on Amazon. In general, I was disappointed by the lack of detail in the Robots universe, it just didn't feel as alive as I recalled. I was also surprised to discover the bar scene I recalled so fondly was nearly nonexistent. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the plot. The overall themes of fighting for the working man and achieving your dreams are lovely, and great fodder for a children's film. Similarly, the voice acting is superb and all the familiar voices, from Ewan McGregor to Robin Williams, made me feel at home,. The character design also is easy on the eyes, and the bright colors are soothing like a baby's pacifier. All in all, a quality film. 23/27 oil cans.

loved the movie ... very good animation and very good 3D effect if u have 3D Tv which can convert 2D to 3D & more than 400Hz motion @ 1080p the box is very good and sturdy .

Es impresionante tener una película que vi en mi infancia, sentí mucha nostalgia por una película que vi de pequeña, me encanta la película y mi personaje favorito de la película es Rodney si que me cae muy bien. Sin más, la película llegó perfecta. Gracias. 😁
