This spread has been good on bread and focaccia. The jar is small so just be prepared for that. The flavor is mainly olive and the anchovy flavor is subtle.

This had a great texture and yet a small flavor. I was disappointed though that it was just a shade or two too delicate. Not enough of an anchovy salty nor a bit of garlic. The olives even were a bit bland. I was hoping for a greener olive oil pop of taste (not green olives- but oil), but was underwhelmed.

I picture artisnas carefully selecting ingredients and blending them using old recipes. The spread tastes like tradition in a jar. I can imagine the care that went into making it. It's like a taste of Italy's heritage.

This is an awesome tasting spread that makes a great appetizer of Bruschetta. It comes in a very nice and I would say gift-able jar that is really cute looking. It looks like someone prepared this in their kitchen and then jarred it. A very nice olive presence which makes it a huge plus in my book as I love olives. I have used this on both toasted bread with a little drizzle of oil first and also in a pasta dish with no other toppings. Both variations hit it out of the park for me! You only need a little, as the flavor is very good and present and this will go a pretty long way. I do wish there was more though. especially for the cost.

This bruschetta spread is fantastic. It's just the right blend of umami, salty, savory, and tangy flavors. It goes amazingly well on fresh toasted bread, or served with sliced cheese and meats.The ingredients are healthy and natural:58% Olives, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, anchovies, wine vinegar, oregano, salt, black pepper, garlic.Despite having anchovies, the taste is very mild and not fishy or too salty. It's just about perfect for my taste. Great bruschetta, and a product of Italy.

This is a 6.3 oz jar of Artigiani del Sapori olive and anchovy bruschetta spread. This cute little jar comes attractively decorated with a pretty piece of cloth over the lid, tied with a string. Opening the jar, as expected you see lots of minced olives packed in oil. The flavor of this bruschetta spread is amazing if you love olives (which I definitely do). It's just wonderful. Don't let the fact that this spread contains anchovies scare you off or concern you. It absolutely does not taste "fishy" whatsoever. The anchovy just adds a little extra umami but you'd never be able to single it out if you didn't know it was there. This spread is balanced and delicious.

I've never tried anchovies before, but I love olives and bruschetta, so I was excited to try this! And I'm a fan!I'm not sure I'm picking up on the anchovies. I definitely taste the olives, garlic, and oil, but I assumed it would be salty or fishy from the fish. I'm not complaining though lol. It's really good. I had it on a piece of toasted Italian bread and it was a great match. It's not overwhelming, and is really well balanced and simple tasting. Plus, the jar is adorable! Highly recommend!

These jars are perfect for putting together a gift basket. The bottles are a manageable size with colorful labeling and twine-tied, cloth-covered lids. More importantly, unlike so many pretty bottles, this bruschetta spread actually tastes amazing.
