Not A Hackers Tool
Yes you do get an app that will help you will controlling ONLY items that us a RF control. Like a TV or a radio. The app is very limited on what you can control. Most TVs now use bluetooth for controlling them so not going to be useful for modern TVs. You can not hack traffic lights, vending machines or anything like that. Honestly a waste of money but if you want to give it a shot I say go for it. Just be prepare to return it.
