Good product

I do a lot of cooking and baking that requires fine straining of gravy‘s sauces and custard‘s, so I needed one of these. But it’s a lot larger than I anticipated, so finding storage space for it when not in use is a little challenging. with the handle, it’s almost 18 inches long by 11 or 12 inches deep from the end of the cone to the top of the lip. I’m fortunate in that I have a walk-in pantry and I was able to hang a hook on the wall where this will hang. Because at first, I tried storing it in my baking cabinet and it just was awkward.

Built for heavy duty use.

This thing is big and pretty high quality. The edges are a little rough so I'm going to polish the mount but that's just me being nitpicky since I have the equipment to do that. Keep in mind that these are restaurant tools, they are significantly larger than what you're likely expecting. They are designed for making large batches of product at restaurant scale not typical home production.
