Lemon Creme Sandwich Cookies, Party Size, 8.95 oz

I had originally had the original oreo cookies (with the dark chocolate), but I really love the Lemon Creme variety. It has enough sweetness and tartness (as you would expect), but not too much. Any meal isn't complete without some dessert, and this also provides a quick sugar/energy boost, without the risk of rapidly increasing your heart rate, as many of the Energy Drinks do...never mind drinking a lot of caffeine related beverages.

Never tried the lemon Oreo before. These are so refreshing. I just love them. Can't go wrong with an Oreo it seems. Just so fresh and delicious.

These cookies have very good crunchiness to them. The size of cookie is just right. The filling was great, it has a good lemon zest to it. For the size of the package the value was reasonable.

Docked a star as when I bought them, they cost $5.19 and I saw them about a dollar cheaper in the grocery store a few days later but didn’t want the hassle of returning them for a few cents. Now I see they are priced on Amazon for closer to the grocery store price. Cost aside, people LOVED these at our two lemon themed parties this weekend and that was with there also being two kinds of lemon meringue pie that were both finished off, fresh baked lemon scones, delicious little lemon cupcakes, lots of lemon cakes (one would have been plenty as it turned out), a lemon birthday cake, real lemon Italian ice, and two kinds of lemon candy plus another kind of lemon cookie. I really didn’t anticipate people devouring these Oreos like they did. The lemon cookies I got from a boutique store also got finished off but for one little cookie. We had around 40 people and one box was just right, though. Oh, and these were handy to have out early as one guest was diabetic and asked if he could have one at the start of the party as he was feeling light-headed. Nite how many were eaten before the lemon meringue pies even were started.

Very sweet filling like a regular crème filled Oreo. This one has a bit of lemon flavor but not much and none of the tangy lemon taste I was hoping for. Never bought them again. I was disappointed.

These are so great! The lemon filling is not too sweet or tart. The only problem is trying not to pick some up as you go by.

This flavour is not available in Singapore so we have to order it from here. Delish lemon cookie!

The cream tastes artificial and overloaded with sugar. There’s no lemon taste, only chemical flavours. The biscuit is the only edible part.

Too sweet for my liking.
