I’m having a very hard time with vitamin balance in my body So I started looking for a vitamin that may be able to be taken one time a day instead of three times a day Well, this product here was the ticket It is a great multivitamin and mineral supplement, and this specific one happens to also address hydraulic acid Since I’ve been taking this product, I have felt better than I have in a long time I think drinking bottled water all the time like I do makes me lose some vitamins and minerals that I might’ve been getting previously when I did drink tapwater Overall, taking one capsule instead of five each day makes this product, a very reasonably priced product because it has everything in it that I need in it This product is supported by the fact that it is third-party tested

These are expensive but my labs came back very good so I will keep using them.

I've been following Dr. Stanfield on FaceBook. He routinely documents the applicability of dietary supplements based on recent peer reviewed trials. Further, he updates his formula based on recently published peer reviewed results. This supplement contains ingredients which are specifically recommended for aging and my chronic conditions without significant risk of overdosing. Further, this supplement saves me money as I have been able stop separately dosing with several supplements that I had previously been taking. Smell is minimal. The capsules themselves are generic and taste the same as many other supplements on the market.

I had no idea you had to take five of these pills per day to meet the minimum daily requirement. This is wav way way too expensive. if I had known , I would have never purchased it. I ost nearly a bottle that went bad and got very smelly fish smell.

I really like Dr. Stanfield's videos. I bought the MicroVitamins with great expectations. The pills had a small smell to them at first that appeared to be ok. I found out the pills are supposed to have a little odor. About two weeks in the pills started smelling a lot worse. About half of them began to discolor. I noticed one other reviewer had the same exprience but no one else. I'm wondering if this is due to some break down in shipping or production. My wife walked into the bathroom one night when I had the bottle open and she asked me what was that awful smell. When I told her she said don't buy that again. I'll probably ignore her and buy the product again just to test it for different results....still hopeful. UPDATE: The company contacted me and offered to replace or refund my order. I've been taking the MicroVitamins and there have been no smell problems.

I guess it's time to admit that I'm in middle age now and I need to work a little harder to take care of myself. I've always been suspicious of multivitamins because they are mostly designed around megadosing. If you are worried that you aren't getting quite your daily recommended intake of vitamin A, for example, do you really want to start taking a pill that blows past that recommendation and gives you 10 times your recommended dose? That seems to be the kind of thinking employed by most supplement makers. In contrast, this supplement assumes you are eating well and getting most (but not all) of what you need, but gives you a little extra to put you over the top. There are real harms from excessive doses of many common micronutrients, so this is a much more sane approach. I also like that the creator of this supplement has an active youtube channel where he explains his thinking and the research behind his decisions about what to include and what dosage to include in this supplement. You can disagree with his interpretation of the research and your individual lifestyle may lead you to different conclusions, but at least he is willing to stand up and justify his claims. He has also been willing to change his mind in the past when new research comes out, which a kind of intellectual integrity that I respect. There is a lot that we don't know about nutrition, so somebody whose approach evolves over time as new information becomes available is someone I feel more comfortable trusting. This is also a perfect subscribe-and-save product. I have a couple bottles delivered every couple months, and I expect to stick with this product for a long time to come.

He clearly didn’t think for those with depression. Every time I take this I get depressed. If you have the genetic mutation for MTHFR it causes this.

I am pleased with my purchase and would happily buy this product again. It was delivered before the expected date.
