Difficult to return unless you're very good at solving this puzzle!
I was impressed by Amazon describing it as an item that was rarely returned. Now I understand. It's impossible to get it back to its original shape to put it back in its box! It's OK, but a matter of taste. Quite expensive if a gift recipient isn't keen on it. Mine described it as making him feel stressed.
