Flavorful Moist Healthy Ample
I bought this banana bread in hopes of recapturing the pleasure of my Grandmother's home-baked banana bread when I was a child. It has succeeded in that. (Hers was a little bit better (moister)). This product was so flavorful and moist I struggled to stop eating it, and without any qualms about the ingredients since they are organic and without dubious chemicals. I think "banana bread" is a misnomer; "banana cake" would be more accurate, because it is sweet and moist, like a "fruit cake". The loaves are smaller than a sandwich bread loaf, but being a fruit cake are much denser; these are 18 oz each, close to a sandwich bread loaf commonly 20 oz, but the sandwich loaf is larger because it has much more gas from yeast. (Another reviewer wrote that they are "... SLIGHTLY bigger..." than a "...3x5 index card" but I measured 3.5 in X 7.5 in midway up the sloped sides (so larger than this at the top) which did not in any way remind me of an index card.) Each loaf was in perfect condition, baked in a cardboard baking tray, then covered with a stiff plastic lid, all shrink-plastic wrapped (but the loaf stuck to the cardboard so it didn't bounce around inside anyway). The loaves are not sliced.

It’s absolutely delicious!
As a vegan, it’s not easy to find certain food items. The breads (2), yes two, came earlier than expected. It was easy to freeze unused portion, for a later enjoyment. It was delicious, though a tad too sweet, as I most watch my sugar intake.Even so, I would definitely recommend this bread.

Banana bread
The bread is a lot smaller then the picture ! I am happy that it has good stuff and is organic. But it’s taste needs more sweetness and more banana flavor in it.

Not a Very Large Loaf
For the price I was expecting a large loaf, not so. The flavor was very good, but it needed more vanilla or nuts. Over all it's over priced for what you get.

TINY TINY TINY!
Familiar with a 3x5 index card? These breads are SLIGHTLY bigger than that. I estimate they are one third of a full-sized loaf. Huge rip-off.
