My son has egg allergy. I've felt like he's been left out all his life. I got this and made it for him. He likes it. Don't use too much oil because then it was just super oily and everywhere. A little salt for taste was good. Texture....because I added too much water...it was a little too soft but....again....he found it to be agreeable to eat. I tasted it....it isn't straight up eggs but if you make for someone who never had it.....it is workable. Have not used it in recipes yet though. Otherwise happy to have ordered this product. I subscribed for the order so I can have it and not run out. Supposedly is shelf stable. Which can be a plus.

I'm thrilled with this so far. Usually just use egg replacer powder for baking but followed COLD water instructions & made passable scrambled eggs & good omelet. Tastes a bit like mashed potatoes to me but still fine taste esp in omelet

Decided to try this as the product I was using was out of stock. Be sure to follow the directions and measure everything, other than that it's not hard to make at all. The flavor needs seasoning, or at least it did for us. I added my seasoning at the table, but you could also add it in the skillet. I used, salt, black pepper, and a little garlic, but that's just my preference. I'm a garlic nut. Had it this morning with a piece of toast and two veggie link sausages. Bought a smaller package to make sure we'd like it. We do so I plan to order a bigger one soon. Everyone has their own taste, so I can't guarantee this will suit yours, all I can say is that we are very pleased with it.

Substitute for real eggs! Nope! Nasty! Don't buy! The flavor is horrible! Yuck!

As a vegan, Iโm constantly on the hunt for the latest products. Eggs are probably the thing I miss the most. I followed the instructions on how to make these eggs. Then I tried it a few other ways as well. I was never able to make them look like they do on the package. They always came out mushy, and not fluffy. When I combined the eggs with sauteed veggies, they tasted fine but on their own, leave a bit to be desired. Overall, this egg substitute is fine but itโs not as good as Just Egg.
