Lion Brand Yarn(1 Skein) Mandala Baby Yarn, Wishing Well, 1770 Foot (Pack of 1)

This yarn is colorful, soft, and easy to use. Nice weight also for crocheting.

I didn't expect it to be so thin and I thought it would be a little different because it is advertised as baby yarn but it is a good yarn none the less. Don't expect the skein to start at red or purple , mine started at light green. The colors are great and vivid and while not as soft as expected it isn't scratchy.

I loved the feel of this yarn, and how smoothly it crocheted up. My only complaint would be that the colors last too long and don’t switch soon enough for smaller projects like preemie sweaters, so I have to cut out some of each color. I wind it all into a ball and use it for Pom Poms.

The colors are beautiful, I wish the yarn was thicker.

I love the colors! Not so much a gradient as a striping effect, but still beautiful colors. I ordered 4 skeins, this 36"x36" baby blanket took almost two skeins, had enough left over for a baby stocking cap. One of the four skeins I purchased was literally 5 different pieces of yarn rolled up together, lol, not the best QA department. It worked out fine for me, but might not for a different project.

Very nice to crochet. Value for the price and it works well for the correct hook size. Soft and warm.

I haven't had any trouble with then 5+ skeins of Narnia yarn I've used so far. They are gorgeous. Whenever I crochet on planes I get almost TOO MANY compliments on the blanket I'm making using just a simple stitch over and over and over.This is my first time crocheting, and I think the yarn is easy to work with. I maybe should have purchased a thicker yarn, though, since I'm making an adult-sized blanket. It's taking ages longer than it would have if I got different yarn, but I'm about halfway done! Patience!One note is that my Narnia skeins have been quite "pink-heavy" which I don't mind at all, but it's not exactly an even color distribution. Lots of pink, decent amount of blue and white, and minimal yellow, orange, and green.

I already had one of these cakes and hand started a baby blanket with it. I really didn’t expect the colours to be exactly as my cake but thought they would be similar. When I found this Lion Brand Mandala Baby cake in Unicorn Cloud I was thrilled. I could finally finish my blanket. When it arrived I found the colours were quite different but the crocheted blanket I was making was able to incorporate the new yarn in the pattern. I crocheted a couple of inches and suddenly there was a huge flaw in the yarn. It got very thick for about three inches. This happened in every colour, a few times in each colour. Now that I have used quite a bit of the yarn, I feel I cannot return it but I would like others to know what terrible yarn this is. It is definitely second quality yarn, and I am very disappointed and feel taken advantage of considering I paid four times as much for this ball as I did for the first one. Someone is making a real profit selling this second quality yarn.

Have used it before for an afghan and am doing another in a different colour
