Orion Motor Tech Turbo System Leakage Tester Kit

This was just what I needed to locate intake leaks. So happy I got this.

Works like a charm

Used three times. On the third time the fitting for the air blew out of the block off adapter. The metal fitting is just threaded into very fine thread plastic so it blew out. Needs a better connection from metal fitting into the plastic block off plug. If it can’t hold 30psi without blowing up, it’s useless to me when I’m trying to pressure test a charge system that needs to hold 40psi.

What you expect an inexpensive kit to do. It worked. I would recommend you clean the inside of your hoses before inserting the plugs. If you have a way of securing the plugs with a band or zip ties, this may also save you some time. Otherwise it got the job done for me.

It’s a great idea, NEEDS to be made with premium materials. Tried removing the tool and the cap broke off. I’ve only used this tool twice. It’s great but if the materials were sturdier it would’ve been the best in the market. It does leak from the caps too. I was still able to test my components for any leaks but definitely needs an update from all this plastic stuff

Used this on a Duramax. Worked great. Keeping it.

I bought this to find the boost leak on my 2008 Chevrolet Silverado 3500HD duramax. It worked very well, found that both boots were leaking. Replaced them and then no further leaks. I highly recommend this kit.
