I’m new to oxygen at home and was having problems with dry nose from it. They say not to use petroleum if you use oxygen. So I found this and it’s a game changer. Took care of my problem right away. No longer have a dry nose. It’s not greasy because it’s water-based. And it’s lasting a surprisingly long amount of time. Use sparingly you don’t need a lot. It may look pricey for the small jar, But really it’s not because it does last very long time … Highly recommended for anyone with Dry nose

LOVE this product! Perfect for people with chronic sinus issues, as well as anyone who uses oxygen regularly. Nasal oxygen cannulas severely dry out your nostrils and septum. AQUEGEL is superior to any other moisturize product I've used. I've told so many people about AQUEGEL! Also, anyone living in an arid climate, like Colorado, will find this to be the number 1 choice to manage the extreme dryness. CAN NOT UNDERSTATE EFFICACY!!! Buy this, you won't be disappointed!

I want to give the actual product FIVE STARS because it works very well. I literally cannot sleep without this product now because I suffer from chronically dry nose and would get nosebleeds almost every night. This product actually soothes the nose and helps reduce the pain of breathing through my nose. I really like that it doesn't have a strange smell or taste and especially that it doesn't leak into the back of my throat and leave me gagging all night.**My main complaint however is that it is expensive. Very expensive. This little jar is almost 16 dollars and it only lasts 5-6 days. I have searched high and low for a different product that costs less. If anyone knows of something, please let me know!!

We have two of these units to in our home to help maintain desired humidity. They both do an excellent job. One of the units had its motor fail over the weekend. I called the company on Monday and a new unit was delivered on Tuesday. Excellent service, no questions asked other than about performing basic maintenance requirements. I give this humidifier and the service this company provides my highest endorsement.

I’m mad because I don’t have enough people in my life who want to hear me talk about how much I love this product. My nose bleeds ALL the time because the climate I live in is SO dry and sure I have the humidifier at night and it helps-but barely. I wake up my nose is bleeding, I go about my day and my nose is bleeding and I can’t blow my nose without blood being in the tissue. My nose gets so uncomfortable and I am constantly trying to get out scabs of blood from my nose. It hurts sometimes and when I am desperate I have tried putting very little amounts of body lotion in my nose to make it feel better. I tried nasal sprays but I didn’t like it and the effect was so short. After another nose bleed this morning I searched Amazon and found nose lotion.After another morning of blood, scabs and soreness- I had enough and ordered this same day delivery. Blew my nose to clear it before I used it and of course- some blood was there. Followed the directions and wiped this in my nose with a q-tip. And less than 24 hours later- NO BLOOD my nose isnt hurting, when I blow my nose no blood- and no dried blood/ scabbing!! I am so so so happy!!Yes the product is small BUT you don’t use a lot of it. A thin layer in your nose is all you need so to me- makes sense. It genuinely doesn’t have a sent and doesn’t feel gunky or gross in my nose. I am so so happy. 10/10 recommend- no notes.

I tried this product instead of sesame oil because the sesame oil came in a spray bottle and isn't as easy to apply with a cotton swab as I prefer to apply it. I'm a little concerned about the ingredients (Distilled Water, Anhydrous Cosmetic Gel, Plasticized Base, Methylcellulose, Sodium Chloride, Benzyl Alcohol) of this product.) The one that kind of floored me was "plasticized base." What the heck does that even mean? I have never seen that on a medical type product - or anything that you put in or on your body for that matter. Benzyl alcohol, according to the National Library of medicine, "may irritate skin, eyes, and mucous membranes. May be slightly toxic by ingestion." For something I'm sticking up my nose during healing from surgery, this doesn't sound encouraging to me.I was kind of dopey from anesthesia after nose surgery when I ordered this and didn't read what was in it. I prefer sesame oil. This stuff is really gloppy (for lack of a better word) but it works well enough for what it's supposed to do.It's hard to know how to rate it honestly because I can't complain about the product as much as my own foolishness for not doing further research before ordering. I had higher expectations for a product that's made locally in Colorado rather than in Asia where it seems most everything affordable originates from these days. For this reason I decided to go with 3 stars. Sorry Aquegel.

Others do the job, but make your nose feel wet. This one protects and you are unaware that it is there.

First off, for those that don't know, you can develop lipoid pneumonia if you inhale oil based products. It's the same reason why you shouldn't put petroleum jelly (Vaseline) on the inside of your nose. I bought this product thinking it was a water-based nasal gel, but after going through the WHOLE container of it, I realized that one of the ingredients is a "plasticized base". Plasticized Base is a polyethylene and mineral oil (petroleum) gel, which CAN cause lipoid pneumonia if inhaled into the lungs. This company should be ashamed, as the are knowingly selling a product that is specifically used for the inside of the nose, when it also contains an ingredient which can be dangerous to your health. Not to mention the fact that they blatantly try to hide it by advertising this product as a water-based gel, and they put "plasticized base" in the ingredients to try to hide the fact that it's an oil based gel. I wasted $15 on this TINY amount of product, and I wish I never did. Do yourself a favor and find a healthier option.
