Good looking design, not great to use.
It looks good but it’s not a great design. The tongs need to be pried apart with a bit of force to create a reasonable gap to be able to pick up the ham easily. I will persevere.

A fitting tool for serving Spanish jamón.
Well made, this wide tong fits the hand perfectly and allows one to hold it along with a long knife while slicing jamon. One can then pick the freshly cut parcel of jamon without putting down the knife or moving the other hand off the jamon-holder. It is proper etiquette not to touch the meat with one’s hands especially when serving guests; so this becomes an essential serving tool. You will not be disappointed with this tool.

Las pinzas están bien, son de acero sin aleación de hierro y bastante prácticas, evitas coger el jamón con los dedos lo que queda mas higiénico.
