Very comfortable for binging, gaming, or resting.
The chair is pretty comfortable and easy to use. The fabric of the chair is sturdy, surprisingly, but offers a very nice cushion like feel.Assembly:The chair is pretty easy to build for the most part. The instructions aren't difficult to follow. The instructions could have a little more drawing detail to know which side of the piece you are working on or to know exactly where things go, but again, it's more of a nick pick than anything really. It isn't difficult by all means. What I would of liked:Would of liked to have an easier time rotating the bottom tube to make it so the chair can lean back more easily. Other than that, it's pretty great overall. The leg extensions are pretty decent as well. They are solid, they don't have any webbing or cushion fabric over the playe where your feet rest, so I would recommend adding a small pillow or blanket (something soft) where you will be resting your feet with the extensions. The chair makes no squeaky noises either. It's extremely smooth with rotating and rolling it around on the ground. Just do note that lifting it may be a little heavier than other chairs but that's do to the leg rests and the main component on the bottom of the chair holding everything. It isn't too heavy but it isn't light. You'll mostly be rolling it so that should not be much of a problem.Overall thoughts and recommendations:I haven't had any issues with the chair. I mostly use it for gaming sessions and it works like a charm. I usually game for 4-5 hours straight and I feel very comfortable throughout. Thanks to the adjustable arm rests, it's very easy to either rest your arms more infront of you or more back.Once you build it and get used to it (happens rather quickly), it feels extremely nice and comfortable to use... I fell asleep a few times just sitting down in it.Do I recommend it? If you are okay with the look, yes, I do recommend it. If you are wondering if it is comfortable to use? Definitely.

Customer support excellent
In my opinion, you can't beat the price for the features on this chair. The mesh is not the most comfortable. I wasn't expecting it to be since it wasn't fine leather or memory foam. The good thing is that you can always use the optional cushion of your choice. It's mostly hard plastic with standard metal base components. The 5 legged chrome wheel base is ok. I would've preferred it to be black like the rest of the chair. The headrest is also not the most comfortable again because of the mesh, but it could be worse. I'm not sure what kind of padding you can add to that small rectangular shape. I like the arm rests and how they are adjustable in height and position. The chair reclines pretty far back and locks well so it will stay in that position. The lumbar support is also good and does the job. The extendable leg rest which sold me "works" but long term reliability remains to be seen. It's not the most sturdy. That is, if you have very long legs or your legs are above average weight, I can see the two rods holding the leg rest bend or break. But it's really cool to have when you recline all the way back and have the leg rest extended, I can easily fall asleep in the chair. After checking around a few different chairs in this category, this is one of the most competitive prices.Assembly was easy. Just follow the instructions. When attaching the foot rest, I over tightened the screw which cased the plastic to split/crack. It wasn't a deal breaker because the foot rest still attached just fine was still functional. But I contacted the company and they replied almost immediately. Even thought it was my fault, they still shipped me a brand new replacement foot rest! It took a couple of weeks, but I got it! Great customer service!

Good value for the price
This is not going to be the most luxurious chair that you can purchase. But it may very well be the most value that you can get from an office chair. The overall quality of the DFLIVE W09 ergonomic office chair is surprisingly good for its price. I am an older male weighing close to 200 lbs and under 6 feet tall, and I really needed to upgrade my home office chair to something with better lower back support and all-day seating comfort, so when I saw the advertisement for this chair with a tiny female model I want sure this was going to work for me. But I’m also frugal and I have a close and very affectionate relationship with my money. So I checked the return policy first before committing to purchase. After 4 weeks of daily use at 8+ hours per day, I am decided to keep it.On the plus side:+ fairly comfortable. The contours and positioning of the seat, seat back, arm rests, and head rest all compliment each other.+ mesh material. I thought I only needed breathable materials during the warm summer months but I find that when I’m dressed in more layers and with the heat on I appreciate the breathability almost as much.+ good headrest positioning. The tilt angle of the chair combined with the head rest give me multiple opportunities throughout the day to tilt into an almost zero-gravity position that I rely on during long conference calls. It is a refreshing change from my upright working position.+ adjustable arrests. I move these up and down one or two notches throughout the day depending on whether I am writing or clicking for extended periods of time. I don’t really find much use for the outward rotation. Perhaps I just haven’t figured out what that’s meant for yet.+ decent lumbar support. This was the most important need for me. I’ve read other reviews that said this was ‘pokey’ but I’m not finding it to be so. It is true that it is not the most sophisticated design, basically a screw-driven pushbar that protrudes or retracts, but I don’t have any misconception that this is pretending to be a La-Z-Boy recliner.+ very affordable. I am honestly surprised that an office chair with all these features can be purchased for less than $200.On the negative side:- seat position could be a couple of inches higher. I like to sit up higher when typing on my keyboard.- the casters are not as smooth as I would like. They ‘drag’ a bit on my indoor carpeting.- the footrest is flimsy. There is no other word for it.Bottom line: not a luxury chair but a surprisingly good value for the money and a very functional, customizable, affordable office chair for every day use.
