High-quality, sturdy, fun trampoline that isn't difficult to build
This trampoline comes in 3 separate boxes, which don't necessarily arrive on the same day, so be patient. Overall, the boxes all arrived within the time frame that was expected. The assembly is not hard. Took a few hours to do it alone, easier if you have a helper with opposable thumbs. The frame is sturdy. The netting is safe and keeps the kids off the springs. Follow all instructions carefully, they put some thought into them. Most time-consuming part is using the rope to sew the bottom of the netting to the triangular spring hooks. I really like the anchors for the frame. They are very strong, which was helpful since there are lots of big rocks under our property. I suspect some of the anchors went into rock and did just fine. The kids like it. Very spacious. Bounce is what you'd expect for the size. Smaller ones have more bounce. So they have to work some to get a lot of air, but still have a lot of fun while getting exercise. I would buy this again

Great for my 8 year old son
I got this trampoline for my son for his 8th birthday. It came with a nice safety net and basketball hoop. I got this one because it was big, and because the weight limit was 350 pounds vs the cheaper ones with a weight limit of only 200 pounds. My son does not like jumping alone and Most adults jumping with the child would go over the 200 pound weight limit of other brands. It was not super easy to assemble, it took 2 people to get it all assembled before the net was added. The instructions are not so clear, I did not get the pole covers on before putting the net on. The net has to be basically sewn on but it doesn't tell you the best way so it so I ended up with it not zipping all the way to the bottom. Also the netting for the basketball hoop disintegrated in the first rain. This held up through high wind storms and did not budge at all under high speed winds like other trampolines I have seen in the news.

Sturdy, Safe and Fun
So far this looks to be a solid purchase. It is a sturdy trampoline, the net works (more on that later) and it is a ton of fun because of its weight limit and springiness (haha). Assembly: Assembly was pretty simple honestly, the instructions are not good, but it isn't rocket science. The most annoying and time consuming part is threading the rope through the 100+ ringlets. I'd say an average person could put it together in an hour, but threading the net is another hour. There has to be a better way to connect the net it is 2019! The Structure: It is new so time will tell how it will wear and tear, but it seems to be sturdy and can hold me (190lbs), plus my two daughters (200lbs) combined. The Net: I've read the reviews and expect the net to get worse over time, which is unfortunate, but I can tell you it works. Within the first 5 minutes it caught my 9th grader after doing a flip and saved her from falling backwards on her head. So the net works. I do think it looks like it will deteriorate quickly. The Basketball Hoop: It is a decent hoop, but it hangs over the trampoline and there is no doubt someone is going to hit their head if they bounce under it. I have a couple solutions that I'm going to try. First, I could turn the hoop around so it faces outward. Second, I'm going to try and put foam on the rim, that way if someone hits it with their head, it won't knock them out. It will be fun if I can get a protective foam ring around it so we can hoop on the trampoline. The Bounce: It is a ton of fun, it is springy and the 15 footer is huge. My daughters say it is so much bigger than others they play on. The Ground Anchors: Like all of these, I just can't see the U shaped ground anchors doing much in a big storm. I ordered some heavy duty penetrating ground anchors to ensure the trampoline doesn't fly away. Looking forward to having more fun on it. Again, it is a good purchase, just trying to disclose some things that may not be revealed in other reviews.

Replacements
What a great trampoline! I got this for my niece and nephew for exercise during the pandemic. Sadly the mat dry rotted after FVE years today. No big deal! Due to more grand nieces and nephews the net broke as well as the poles a year ago. Nothing to do with the manufacturer at all. Would just love to buy replacements for it. The springs and frame are in perfect condition! Only reason the poles were broke is unruly children. I take that into account wholeheartedly!

Great trampoline and even better customer service!
I wasn't sure what to expect trying to put one of these together, but assembly was very easy. The 15' trampoline is a great size for the kids to enjoy themselves with plenty of room. The basketball hoop, however, is not a great set up because of the balls constantly missing and being thrown out of the net; maybe I will have to retrofit a taller safety net behind the backboard. The customer service is the best hands down! A neighbor's tree fell and damaged our newly bought trampoline. I was able to reach out to Songmics via email and explained the situation, and she was so helpful and went about and beyond to make it all work out. She was able to send me the parts needed to fix it all back to original shape. Customer service such as this does not exist too much in today's environment. Thank you Songmics!!

The ups and downs of this trampoline
We love this trampoline. I bought it because it was rated for the most weight, even though there were not many reviews yet and I NEVER buy anything without reading a zillion reviews. I couldn't seem to get an answer to how much the thing weighed, either, which to me would have answered "is it sturdy or a piece of cheap junk?" It was so hard to hit that "Place Your Order" button. But it was rated for the most weight, which I needed and the few reviews here were quite positive. The trampoline is sturdy. It weighs over 200 lbs total without the 3 boxes it comes in, which would have made me much more confident to purchase. It has been used almost exclusively by athletic 200 lb plus men, their athletic wives, a few litle grandkids, and my husband and me (almost 70 yrs old but hey everybody was having so much fun AND it's an incredible workout!) It has been used pretty much constantly since we put it up and often by several people at once We don't exceed the 375 lbs, but it has had a serious trial period with all the weight and intense jumping it has had already. The instructions were mostly in pictures, I'm sure so that they didn't have to print 1000 languages and so that all purchasers could be equally confused. My husband and son put it up by themselves, and only had to retrace their steps a few times though a few actual words of instruction could have prevented that. They do give this heads-up: put the net up BEFORE you put on the spring pad, because it is so hard to lace the net on if you don't. I'm still giving the trampoline 5 stars because it took 2 partially frustrating hours to put it together but we have used it for many fun hours already and expect that to continue for years. It's a 5-star trampoline. No ups and downs really except for the jumping. Update: We've had this trampoline now for two years and there haven't been many days when it hasn't been used. We do take the net and mat down for the winter months here in Maine, but it goes right back up as soon as the snow mostly clears. I see so many trampolines in back yards that are sagging and showing their age, but ours looks like the day we got it in spite of its constant use. GREAT purchase!!

Sloppy work on the Basketball Rail/Post
The trampoline and assembly instructions were great but the basketball rail's holes weren't matched up so the bolt won't go through. I had to go to Lowes and get a c-clamp to hold it in place which looks tacky. Would send back if I hadn't already assembled the rest.

This trampoline can withstand anything!
We bought this in June 2020 for the kids durring Covid. 2 days ago we had a horrible wind storm that knocked down a 3 story tree. This trampoline not only did not collapse, it held up the fallen tree and saved our fence and our neighbors garage! The middle part did not even rip with the weight of the huge tree & sharp branches. It was also great fun for the kids over the last 4 years. I would highly recommend, very quality trampoline. We are holding a memorial service for it, so thankful for this trampoline!

Bonne trampoline

Well thought out product!
This trampoline was easy to put together. Sturdy, came with lots of thoughtful extras. The mat, ladder, two spring tools, grounding stakes and even a pair of gloves for putting it together! All 3 of my boxes were received at the same time and shipping was very quick.

Sub par quality- Falling apart in 2 weeks, won't last a month
Not nearly as sturdy as we'd hopped. Won't last long with 3 pre teen boys, even if we limit users on at one time. We won't buy anything labled Songmics brand again. First rain of the year yesterday and the posts are already bent. This is not a product that will last. Harware and metal posts cheep. Poor design. We haven't had for 2 weeks yet. They are sending replacement parts but this is garbage. Don't waste your money. We will boycott any Songmics from now on.

Honest review from ordering to deliverying, set up and use ...
I will start off by saying this is not our first trampoline we have purchased over the years, as well as for gifts, installed many trampolines. So, from the beginning, ordered, find out at first delivery 4 days later that this was box 2 of 3 and only 1 tracking number was given ... not a big deal. 2 days later received 2nd box, delivered by UPS and the driver dropped it by our door, DROPPED it (all seen on camera), it was loud metal dropping, that's how I knew they were here, no knock or anything just rushed back into their back of truck and left ... not a fault of the maker or amazon but wanted to mention. In the drivers defense it was a heavy box but if parcel weight cannot be handled by driver than they shouldn't be handling it! So waiting on the last box now. I phone Amazon to at least get the tracking number ... Amazon tells me the maker shipped each box from separate areas which is why it was coming at different times. Why wouldn't they have their stock at the same place shipping it all together? Again, not a huge deal, just inconvenient ... Amazon gets back and says the last box will be here Monday (4 more days), it arrives the next day ... again, not a big deal but why so much miscommunication and inconsistencies, lack of information ... The maker also emailed me and said the box would be there same day (Different than what Amazon said), maker also said that Amazon does not allow more than one tracking number given on one item .. FIX THIS AMAZON! ... So, all 3 boxes finally here, hooray! Ordered May 29 and the last box arrived June 11 and listing before ordering did mention up to 16 days for arrival. So this one did take longer than others we have installed but if you have installed before, nothing really unusual. Before you start installing, gloves do come with it and I advise who ever is installing to wear them otherwise your hands will be black from the metal bars. So, after putting together what is worth mentioning is, the springs blue cover is thin and doesn't seem as good quality as others we have had or installed for friends - but time will tell and I will update my review if any other issues after use. Also, one of the blue bar covers had a rip in it or just not sewn properly so you can see there is an opening, again, same material as the springs cover and seems thin and not the greatest quality. The springs cover we had before was as thick as a good quality tarp, this one is much thinner. But again, time will tell if it holds up ... Lastly, nothing else negative to say except lots of loose threads on the springs cover, basketball net pole moves a bit, not sure what to think about that but it seems okay (my kids are young and will never put their weight or force on it) and the rope that comes with it to weave through the mat, it wasn't long enough. We had some of our own (better quality) that we used to finish it off and I did reach out to the maker about all of the above in their reply emailing me first so we will see what they do/say if anything. I will report back here if I feel necessary. It looks nice, doesn't seem as good quality as others we have had but again, time will tell. I will edit my review if this turns out to be falling apart after 1 season or one rain storm like some others have mentioned. We had a trampoline that lasted us 10+ years, many rain storms (always stored during Canadian winter and will do the same with this one) with only wear to the netting and springs cover after many years so we will see how this holds up. Seems like nothing is built like they used to be but for the price of this, you expect decent quality. You can get one cheaper from Walmart if in stock so this one better hold up considering it was almost double the price ... If my review has not been updated then everything is all good! No complaints. I hope this review helps someone! *update* The material didn't hold up as expected. Arrived coming apart at the seams in areas and just got worse over time. I should have returned it but it wasn't worth the hassle. But now less than 3 years later and only used June-October and stored through winter the pole clips have bent or broken, only young kids use this by the way. Also the spring padding and pole covers material has come apart more and I can't even get it replaced because now they don't have the same blue, only green and orange. So now I'm attempting to get replacement clips and figuring out what to do with the material falling apart. Would definitely not buy from this seller again. Double the price and quality is crap. We've had many trampolines and they sure don't make them like they used to. This is comparable to Walmart quality with a bigger price tag. So disappointing. Waste of money and inconvenient trying to replace parts that shouldn't have been an issue in this short time, or arriving new already coming apart. If the seller makes right with all this then I'll consider changing my review but definitely disappointing overall.
