This makes life ALOT easier. Instead of the traditional bulky IFAK getting in the way this one tucks in nicely under the back plate area and is easily accessible from both sides. It is a touch smaller than a traditional IFAK but you can cram all essentials in here and have a few free floating TQs on your kit for easy access.

Great product, just small and cannot fit a lot of supplies inside. Works great for a basic IFAK for patrol work with an outer carrier.

This is exctally what my husband was looking for, for backpacking. Well worth the money and good quality. Would order again.

Same stitching quality, same materials and same functionality as the other guys who charge almost $100 for this. Also, this one comes with outer Velcro panel so you can add a medical patch. The inner sleeve that holds your contents is super durable and the stitching is so impressive. The outer shell is very high quality.

So I was setting up a vest for a humanitarian mission in Ukraine. I like the ‘mount beneath the plate’ options because they delude me into thinking I’m covering up my belly in some manner. I already have a TQ carrier on the vest so that was t going in there. Went for an Israeli bandage and it’s just a wee bit too big doesn’t pull out well. You’re welcome. It’s too big for all of my quick clot and stuff so I don’t see a happy medium with this one. If anything it’s good for distracting from my Midwest gut. Maybe some war snacks. Centimeters too small for hemmoragic control. Reasonably priced if you have supplies that fit. Functions ambidextously so items can be withdrawn with either hand. Or a buddy.

Appears to be well constructed, with quality materials and good fit/finish. Works well mounted to rear of plate carrier, easily accessed with either hand.

Good price. Just what you need to add to your kit. I was able to add my own first aid items that I use so this was a great purchase.
