I'm really pleased with this travel-sized pillow! Thought the memory foam would be too soft and squish down flat when I lay my head on the edge (side-sleeper), but that hasn't been the case at all. The foam is soft and very comfortable for my face & head; it does give a bit so it's not at all too rigid, but still holds my head up well and cradles my neck comfortably, too. I've had neck pain when sleeping ever since a hit-and-run car collision a few years ago; this is the first pillow that keeps its shape on the sides so that it completely cushions my head and neck in the correct straight angle, not flattening out with the weight of my head the way too many memory foam pillows do. I bought the travel size pillow for taking with me everywhere we travel rather than hauling about my regular-size pillow. And guess what: Now I use this travel pillow at home, too! Because I *love* that it's only 15 1/2 " inches long. With regular size contoured pillows (23"x14") I'm always shoving it over to lay my head on the edge (side-sleeper) when I turn over from one shoulder to the other as I sleep. I have to scoot over a foot or two to get to the other edge of that regular-sized contoured pillow. This one is so short that it can stay put as I turn onto the other shoulder. It's fabulous! Also: This pillow came in 3 layers, trimmed so that each layer is nestled together and will never slip as it might if they were 3 straight-cut layers. I've kept that inner layer in so that the pillow is at its maximum height of nearly 5" on the larger wedge, which when it sinks in just a bit is perfect support for my neck. I bought some travel-size pillow cases too (12"x16"), but found out quickly that there's no way this pillow fits in that small size case even though the pillow is approximately 11"x15". Those true "travel size" cases are for *flat* pillows with little depth to them. Since this contoured pillow adds it nearly 5" in depth, I just bought "toddler-size" pillow cases (13"x18"), so hopefully it'll be big enough for the extra depth of this fabulous pillow. I'll update this review for the toddler pillow cases when they arrive.

Excellent- small and soft. Perfect for my neck which has some compressed discs. As an average to petite person I did not want a giant pillow. I’ve used this several weeks and it is a winner! You can flip it for one option of size and also remove foam.

I have degenerative arthritis in my neck and spine. I also have a progressive immune disease that effects my joints and bones. I have never been a good sleeper. I started my search for a new pillow about a year ago when my husband needed a new foam pillow to replace an old pillow he uses with his sleep apnea machine. Most sleep apnea pillows are made for overweight machine users, but my husband is not, so he needed a plain foam pillow that would support his head correctly. While I was searching for his pillow I realized a lot of foam pillows are made for people who suffer from cervical neck pain. Actually almost all foam pillows are for some sort of neck pain. I did a LOT of research and ordered two pillows with 30 day trials and returns. The first pillow did not even look like a pillow and it honestly took me a good hour to figure out how to even use it. I gave it two weeks and gave up. Every night was a battle of trying to adjust and re-adjust and I just could not envision doing that for the rest of my life. The second pillow had a divot in the middle and then "wings" on the side. This was more user friendly, but also took some time to figure out. I spent three weeks with this pillow and even though thousands of Amazon users loved this pillow I found it uncomfortable and unhelpful. I finally ordered this sandwich pillow. Not only did it look simple, but I realized that I was using a rolled up towel under my neck with my regular pillow and the shape of this sandwich pillow would mimic that exactly. This pillow is not perfect by any stretch, but it is the best I have used. I have borrowed my husband's plain memory foam pillow and this sandwich pillow is far more supportive for my neck. There are nights when I still get out my towel for a bit of extra support, but most nights the added bump on the edge does the trick. I'm able to sleep on my back and side comfortably. There is no learning curve and this pillow fits in my pillow case without any added effort. This pillow comes with a cover that zips off and is easily washed. I would guess that it is medium firm and there are bumps on either side. My husband says one bump is a little smaller than the other, but I think they are the same size.

The best pillow 🤩 This cervical pillow really helped reduce the tension in my neck. I sleep much better now and wake up feeling more comfortable. Great support and very comfortable.

This pillow is really helping relieve my neck and shoulder pain that I have been waking with every day. It also helps me stay in a better position at night because of the contours of the pillow holding me in place. It’s supportive but soft and very comfortable! It comes with a nice cover to protect it, although I do use a satin pillowcase over it. If ordering the king size, make sure you have a queen size pillow case (20x30) because the pillow is not a true king size (which is 20x36). See photo for comparison. It’s still large enough for me. I put it away in my closet when I make my bed for the day. Because it is foam, it does have an odor to it at first, but I have noticed that it significantly faded in the first week. I am usually sensitive to this, but it didn’t bother me much. Just air it out when not in use and it will fade faster. Overall I give this a 10/10. I’m very happy with it!

One of the best pillows I've ever bought! I have nick pain as I work for 8 hours before my PC. I also have slipped nick disk and when I bought this I didn't like it for the 1st night then, I removed one layer and here you go! Very comfortable Its been a week now since I bought and I do recommend trying it

The item I received is definitely not UTTU and does not match the description. Height is not adjustable, and foam has a strong smell to it.
