Great Raclette and Fondue grill!
Great set, and just as advertised. Some minor points to consider--yes, this is a 8 person (8 drawer) set, but its nigh impossible to sit 8 people around this comfortably not to mention having 8 people try to use the grills on the top--but consider this, use it as a 4 person set where everyone gets 2 drawers--then it totally exceeds expectations! It does heat a bit slowly, but that's not a problem, just be patient, have a glass of wine and it'll be fine. Things that could be better, would be a temperature dial instead of on or off--not a deal breaker, but when my fondue pot ran low I found it too be a little too hot, so I alternated on/off by toggling and it worked okay but a dial would be better. A also wish that you could order a replacement grill-top for the middle burner for such times as you don't want a Fondue pot. Even with only 4 people that grill space is a premium! All in all, very FUN to use, works great and is the centerpiece of your dinner party. Highly recommend!

Take the drudgery out of Family Dinner Time!
WE LOVE THIS THING!!!!! NOTE: Surfaces (and food) are very hot! Use with care around young children! We have used a marble table-top grill (gel-fuel heat) for about 15-years and love it! BUT for variety, multiple cooking sources/methods, and electric (no risk running out of gel cans!), this is a game changer! In the image, we have: shrimp, steak, chicken, potatoes (out of view in the broth fondue), toasted baguette, and broccoli. Grill or fondue on the same appliance! Definitely takes the drudgery out of dinner!! Highly recommended!!

Good price but not much use
I gave this to my wife but she thought was too big and we wouldn't be using that much. While the price was extremely good, we returned. My wife is always right.

Not worth it
I returned this item. After going to Switzerland and having dinner in a co-workers home..we had a rachlette meal. I thought this would recreate the vibe for the family. The stone was broken in shipping and this was not as expected and it got too hot too fast and cheese was being burnt faster than we could eat it. Will look for a different brand because rachlettle meals are awesome
