Lovely toilet
Lovely toilet bowl, really like the lack of rim and best price I found. You do need to buy the frame for it to go in the wall however

Good looking pan. Leaking seal ruined it though.
Have to give it to the product - it is very sleek and neat looking pan. But on this particular example the main spigot seems to be a little bit to small, or deformed just enough to get the toilet leaking. spent hours trying to figure it out - eventually an experienced plumber told me where to look. apparently it is known issue for some of the pans. I tried to put a Teflon tape on the pan spigot and it worked - no leak. But I am not sure it is a right thing to do - so wait for the plumber to pop in and have a look.

Stylish and easy to install
Easy to fit, looks good and arrived well packaged with no defects. Can't say anything about reliability as it has only been fitted for a couple of weeks. Easy to mate to grohe concealed cistern

Fixings don't work
The Product is good as far as I can tell except for the fixings. The supplied fixings are too short and don't work at all. I even contacted RAK who told me that the supplied fixings are correct but they are not. I ended up buying a a different type of fixing: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B07QX5VMJM/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o09_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1These have the correct length and work perfectly.

Water spills out of the bowl
poorly designed toilet. when flushing the water spills out from the toilet bowl on the seat and floor. not recommended.

Fit for a king
Excellent customer service. Very friendly delivery guy and a high quality throne. I researched wall hung toilets for weeks and its paid off. Very happy.
