Dramm 12342 400DC Nozzle, Metallic Aluminum, Twin

This is a perfect breaker. It lets lots of water thru but it doesn't come out too hard, so it's good for seedlings and smaller planes, along with big plants. Highly recommend.

I ordered this nozzle to replace a Dramm aluminum water nozzle I've used with our lake pump for fifty years, and I'm happy to report that this one is just as heavy duty and well made as the previous one. It's pricey, but worth the extra money. With the pressure from the lake pump any nozzle with ultra fine spray will cause the pump to shut off, so I was thrilled to find this product still available. The soft rain-like flow is easy on the flowers and placed on my original long extension wand gives an extra 24" reach. It would be nice if the end could be unscrewed to clean the holes, but since that's not possible, a filter can be placed over the washer for easy removal and cleaning. I highly recommend this quality nozzle.

I've used Dramm products for decades, professionally and personally, because they're durable. This nozzle replaces the old one at my house. So happy Dramm still makes these!!!

I was happy this fit my wand perfectly. It did leak and has a nice gentle spray.

The media could not be loaded. Purchased as a replacement for the multi-pattern head that came with it and broke. The pros: really nice drenching rain effect that you can use on individual plants or small groups, achieving a pretty thorough watering that doesn’t flatten delicate plants. The cons: as I tried to show in the video, there’s no range because, obviously, it’s lower pressure. The downside of the drenching affect is you can get runoff very quickly. Also the instructions say this head needs to be drained thoroughly after each use and stored on a hook so water doesn’t accumulate in it, which can apparently corrode the metal. So it’s higher maintenance than a typical plastic head.

This is a very sturdy Dramm product that I'm very satisfied with. But the shipping took forever, like it was being sent from somewhere very far away. It did arrive eventually. Would buy the product again but not from this seller.

I have a 3 of these now... they are perfect for watering delicate plants. I attached mine to an oldschool style spray nozzle so I can adjust the amount of water flow. Don't expect distance from this... thats not what its designed for, but other wise, this thing cant be beat. I have the all metal nozzle... I havent tried the less expensive plastic ones... plastic and sun dont usually mix.

I've been wanting a "rain water" nozzle for a long time, but kept putting it off and making my cheap adjustable hose nozzle work for now. I finally decided to get a metal rain nozzle so my kids could easily water with me without hurting the baby/delicate plants.I looked at the nozzles with handles, but I realized I didn't really need that- I just needed something to soften the blow of the water pouring from the hose.I was so impressed with this nozzle! It lets out quite a bit of water, but so gently. It feels very sturdy, and I am going to look forward to using this every day in my container garden. Don't delay if you've been wanting one of these. Get it!
