device was purchased as a birthday gift for my son, he lives in a different state than me, it arrived two days earlier than the projected delivery dates projected (outstanding) we were able to get him service with Straight Talk, I contacted the seller with a question I actually already knew the answer too (just didn't realize it then) but they responded right away, not the next day or later, I was shocked but grateful, I give 5+ stars because my son is absolutely delighted with it, his wife says he refuses to put it down, and when they are out and somone asks about it, he becomes a living commercial for it, there have been no problems with calls, texting or data. so perhaps 5+ stars should be presented for every positive thing I've mentioned. truth be told though, this device has been in my Amazon wish list for months now, along with other similar brands, but only if it received better than 50% or better positive reviews. a lot of the devices have been removed from the list but not this one, the only reason I've not purchased it for myself is because of display size, I already own a 7 inch display, I would like a bigger display. I have no cons regarding this purchase

This is the worst tablet I can possibly imagine, I didn't know they MADE tablets this bad.The screen is extremely poor, at maximum brightness, in a dark room, it looks like an old faded poster.The resolution is grainy, and the whole thing feels like a childs toy.It's all plastic, including the screen.It has NO POWER at all, i have a $50 phone that i bought from walmart that has waay more power than this piece of crap, and a bright colourful screen.Do not buy this.It also comes with a usb cable that does not work, so I could not charge it, and the screen was scratched and bent when I opened the packet.

Had trouble charging the Phablet, but, had excellent response time in getting a replacement in 2 days. Very pleased with the unexpected 2 telephone lines and the attached cover to protect the front surface. Those who saw the Phablet liked the cover also. Excellent features for the low price. I would recommend it for friends for business purposes and leisure. The battery life could be a litter longer, but overall the item is excellent!!

I bought the 7" phablet smart phone I CAN NOT GET ENOUGH OF THIS PHONE, I can not put it down !!!!!!!!.This item, is a computer, phone. I can do work, explore, play all my games and most of all talk. Another great item purchased. Delivery was very fast even though it was the holidays.

Did not except SIM card. Battery life is HORRIBLE. It was a great waste of money!

The battery has always been an issue as to judging how long it will last. At the end of about 6 months or so, the battery life diminished exponentially, till a month ago, oct 2020, when the only way you could use it, was to keep it constantly plugged in. it would die without announcing the battery power shortage. real annoying. Worst part, I contacted the company, just thinking I could replace the battery. Otherwise, it works fine.Then, Nov 2020, down hill. no response from indigi on battery. in the mean time, I start to notice the sides beginning to separate, pushing itself apart. I had not done anything prior, other than removing the cap to put in a micro chip, which is simple enough.I had never tried to separate the unit, as I was waiting for indigi to respond. Then the buttons on the side would no longer work, and the internal pressure was forcing the phone apart.There is a gray funny looking thing over the battery, "I expect it is part of the battery". I kept trying to push the sides together, and the phone kept forcing them apart. I finally took it apart to find out what was happening.The gray "battery pack" or what ever, kept growing. Even unplugged, it still keeps growing.Took out my chip, and tossed out the unit. Hoping the battery does not explode before it is gone.Still no word from indigi.Amazon, made it right, and even though they could not reach the seller, 'seems the seller possibly left about the time I reported the problem with the battery' "I say this in response to not hearing from indigi for a month, and now I cannot find the seller anywhere" - Took a minute, and Amazon verified the refund.

Bought two of these to send to Panama and they work great. It was key that the tablet was unlocked and it could support GSM that is used there. Plus is that it is a phone and a tablet since they don't always have WIFI in certain areas.

Works great makes great calls.in fact works so good my little buddy georgia took it away from me now she has it its ben a whale since i seen it.lol,But thats ok with me as long as she enjoys it.
