(but improved contrast makes screen look brighter, so it’s not all bad)I expected this to help cut down on fingerprints, which it does well, but I didn’t expect it to perfectly hide existing screen scratches.My 2016 XC90 was bought used and it seemed that the previous owner used the screen to file her 10” acrylic nails... After installing this protector, the screen looks brand new. No joke, not a single scratch is visible.Another side effect is that the contrast seems to be vastly improved, likely because the scratches aren’t visible to dull the screen contents.The only downside is that the reflections are a little more pronounced with this protector installed but it’s a worthwhile trade off.Installation wise, I don’t know what the 1-star reviewers are talking about. This is one of the easiest to install screens I hav ever used... just do the following and you’ll be gold:1) wipe fingerprints off the screen with a microfiber cloth2) follow up with the “wiping paper” cloth, included, and let dry.3) check for dust and remove from screen with some masking tape.4) attach suction cup to top of protector5) remove backing from protector, holding only by edges6) holding suction cup, align protector with bottom of the screen and start laying it down from the bottom, working your way up and rubbing side to side with your finger, until you reach the top.If you see dust or a bubble, STOP, pull the suction cup to back up, and remove the dust with the included stickers, then resume. Easy. Note that if you are installing the rear screen protector for the climate controls, it’s much easier to do so by climbing in the back seat!The included tools worked just fine for me, but I did use masking tape, a pick tool, (to help lift the corner once to remove dust) and a larger microfiber cloth.All in all I’m happy with this protector, and the rear temp control screen is a bonus.

I put this on a touch screen of a 2017 XC90 to try to cut down on finger prints. I was skeptical with this, as with most screen protectors, since it is near impossible to get something that doesn’t look like you took some wax paper and taped it over the screen. This came out PERFECT and has the same reflective surface as the original screen. Not one single bubble and It is much less prone to finger prints.I spent about 15 minutes just wiping down the screen and using a sticker to get every piece of dust I could see. I believe this is crucial to a good install. Right before I put the protector on I used some compressed air to make absolute sure there was nothing on the screen. Once installed, I used a credit card to get some minor bubbles out by wiping to the side. The only thing I can see is a small gap at the bottom but this is probably because I started a bit to high at the top of the screen. Definitely something I can live with. I will be purchasing another for our other vehicle.

It works perfectly without being visible at all. It took a little practice to install, and I ended up breaking my first one because the alignment was off in one of the corners and it cracked when I attempted to remove it. I recommend lining it up in the upper left side and corner instead of aiming for dead center. The touch works great and it actually improved the clarity of the screen. The rear one was super easy to install and works just as well. We love them. Highly recommended!

Make the screen a lot slicker to swipe which is very nice and easier to clean of smudges. Very nice if you can install it clean with any lint or smudges. The stickers they provide can leave sticky residue on the touch screen when you use it to remove lint. I had to constantly go back and forth with microfiber cloth for the smudgess and compress air to spray the lint enough to get the glass on. Over it is nice product, but a pain in the neck to ensure the screen is lint and smudge free before installation. That is expected when installing all screen protector.

Followed the instructions that came with the product, first off the alcohol wipe provided was dry and unusable, the cleaning cloth worked great, however the dust removal stickers left residue on the screen and I had to start the process all over again, then after all that I peeled half the backing off the larger main screen protector and there were flaws and what looks like a partial finger print in the adhesive, (you can only see the flaws once the backing is peeled off, once the back is put back on the flaws go away), I though for a sec just use it but decided to see I return it for a new one.......and I could but I would have to pay for return shipping on the defective product making it moot to purchase the item cheaper online......very frustrating. what to do now......

Super sleek and easy to install

Bought this primarily to have a layer of protection, but in practice it's a vastly improved user experience.I can see a little bit of a rainbow on the left edge and a tiny gap at the top as I didn't center perfectly. The install kit was very nice. Lint free cloth, alcohol wipes, and stickers for picking up remaining dust specs that left no residue.Best aftermarket screen protector install experience for me so far.
